Abstract: A cassette for dispensing pills whereby the cassette is coupled to a drive motor that operates in continuous revolution and the internal gears of the cassette translate the continuous motion into a stepping motion, whereby at each step, a system of turning members permit one pill to drop from the cassette into a target container.
Abstract: An application for a boat tower load relief system includes a boat tower support post connected to a receptacle for the boat tower support post by a hinge. The boat tower load relief system includes a torsion spring with a first end, a first winding, a central bend, a second winding and a second end. The central bend pushes on a boat tower support post section of the hinge and the first end and the second end of the torsion spring push on a support plate which is attached to the receptacle for the boat tower post.

Abstract: A flush bolt with improved travel is disclosed. The flush bolt is composed of a housing with a slotted longitudinal cavity in its face and a bore at least partially through one end of the housing and passing far enough through the housing as to engage with the slot. A bolt is within the bore and a coupling lever is rotatably coupled to a bolt at one end and to a slotted actuator arm at a centrally located point. The slotted actuator arm is coupled at one end to the housing at a point centrally located within the longitudinal cavity so that when pivoted, the slotted actuator arm transfers its pivotal movement to angular movement in the coupling lever and, in turn, into linear motion of the bolt.
Abstract: A method and apparatus for removing grease from meat includes a mesh basket for holding the partially cooked meat, a pressure plate for exerting a sustained force on the meat within the mesh basket, one or more spacers for placing on top of the pressure plate, a container for holding the mesh basket with the one or more spacers partially extending beyond an opening in the container and a lid that can be pressed onto the container, sealing the opening and placing sustained force on the spacers, thereby placing sustained force on the pressure plate, thereby compressing the partially cooked meat and extracting grease and excess liquids from the meat through the mesh basket and into the bottom of the container. A handle is provided to hold the container so as to pour out the grease and excess liquids through a flow conducting member, perhaps a spout.
Abstract: A flow detection sensor has a manifold with an inlet on a bottom surface and an outlet on a side surface. A movable partial blockage rests near the bottom surface of the manifold and is movable upward in response to a flow of liquid from the inlet to the outlet. A sensor detects the position of the movable partial blockage within the manifold.
Abstract: A tankless water heater includes a sensitive flow sensor that has a magnetic sensor and a plunger with an imbedded magnet. The plunger is configured to lift in a direction of the magnetic sensor in response to the flow of water thereby changing the state of an output of the sensitive flow sensor. There are electric water heating elements situated within water heating chambers. The sensitive flow sensor and the water heating chambers are fluidly connected in series between a supply of water and at least one hot water spigot. In response to the flow of water, a change of the output of the sensitive flow sensor energizes the electric water heating elements, thereby heating the water.
Abstract: The shield device shown herein is one to aid in soccer practice. An individual player can practice kicking a soccer ball into the apparatus and have it bounced back in his or her general area. The lower area of the shield comprises a back panel and two side panels connected at an angle to the back panel. Each panel is made of a sufficiently rigid material, such as plywood, to absorb the impact of the kicked soccer ball. Above the panels is netting, such as nylon netting, to guard against and intercept errant flights of the ball.
Abstract: An application for a cement composition includes a cement (either Portland cement or hydraulic cement), hydrous magnesium silicate, sodium tall oil, sodium stearate, sodium C14-16 Alpha Olefin, linear alkyl benzene; and silicon dioxide.
