Abstract: A pump having two collapsible pumping chambers connected in series is coupled to a pump drive mechanism which opens and closes each chamber in a sequence that produces pumping action.
Abstract: A connector for joining two grounding grid-wire at their node point includes a C-shaped body member, a nesting member shaped like a cross, and a wedge member mounted for movement within the body member. The body member has two spaced apart fingers that straddle one conductor and hook onto the other conductor. The fingers are joined together by a yoke section. The nesting member has crossing depressions on opposite sides and is inserted between the conductors so that they seat on the depressions. The wedge member is mounted beneath the yoke section and screw driven between the yoke section and the straddled conductor to securely join the conductors together within the connector in nested relation.
Abstract: An electrical edge connector assembly for use in conjunction with a printed circuit board, consisting of a connector element having a base portion which is removeably secured to a printed circuit board, a contact blade connected to the base portion and an insulator casting, wherein the base portion may be secured to a printed circuit board and the insulator casting installed over the connector element and wherein upon insertion of the contact blade into the insulator casting said blade is adapted to securely hold the insulator casting to the printed circuit board and wherein the casting provides means for individually insulating a plurality of connector elements and protects the individual connector elements from physical distortion in use. In one form the connector element may be withdrawn from the top of the insulator casting.
Abstract: An electrical connector is described for connecting a multiple flying lead to a printed circuit board without the need for a separate socket. The connector includes board-engaging portion for directly engaging on inwardly or outwardly opposed board edges and making electrical contact with conductors thereon. One- or two-part connector bodies are described, and polarising means are included in each type.
