Abstract: A mobile suspension arrangement having a central member adapted to frictionally hold in suspension extended wires having related clip members frictionally engaging the wire ends and hanging strings for suspending mobiles.
Abstract: A desk chair particularly designed to have supporting members disposed between guide members having facing complementary grooves, and the supporting members having supporting rollers riding in said grooves whereby the chair responds to movement of the body to retain it in a good posture position, the only force present in said structure being that of gravity.
Abstract: This invention is a familiar design overlying the adjacent toe portion of a pair of childrens shoes. With the shoes properly positioned side by side, a child will see the design as a whole and relate the left foot shoe with its left foot and the right foot with its right foot shoe as the proper positions for the shoes to be worn.
Abstract: A collector of aquatic invertebrates for laboratory study comprising a substantially invisible collector having a removable wide mouth entry portion reducing to a narrow neck inlet passage whereby the invertebrates are secure from escape and are readily removable.
Abstract: A flying toy disc with a pivoted fuselage, the disc flying spinning in flight upon being thrust with a forward spinning motion, the disc having a particular transverse configuration which taken with the pivoted fuselage tends to stabilize the flight of the disc by having air streams co-act upon the lower and upper surface of the disc to stabilize the flight.
Abstract: A reciprocal type of pump structure wherein a piston has a linear function actuated by a pair of coils energized alternately and includes a plurality of tapered flutes. A check valve in an outlet of the structure which stretches to open said outlet under the impact of expelled fluids and of its own volition retracts to the closed position immediately upon the cessation of fluids being expelled.

Abstract: A hand held utensil adapted to hold a vegetable such as a potato for peeling, the device having a flange retaining the hand in a safe position and having an extension therebeyond securely holding the vegetable in position for peeling.
Abstract: A sign pole mount having a curved face with a vertical passage and an angled passage therein opening through said face, the mount having a vertical backing wall and a bottom backing wall, each having inward extending grooves along the sides thereof and a base plate having angled projections adapted to respectively receive the grooves in alternate positions for various angled extensions of a sign pole inserted through the passages of the mount. The base plate can be secured either to a vertical or horizontal supporting surface.
Abstract: This invention relates to a variably decorative picture frame having semi-cylindrical about the face thereof wherein are disposed cylindrical tubes adapted to have therein decorative material in harmony with the decor or environment in which the frame is placed, the same being readily changeable as may be desired or required.
Abstract: A carrier particularly adapted for use with an automotive vehicle having limited cargo or carrying space which may be readily removably mounted upon the trailer hitch of such a vehicle having a width corresponding to that of the vehicle and being adapted to comprise a hinged tray or shelf which may be lowered to support and carry a load and the carrier may be put into a collapsed position by pivoting said shelf to be in a vertical out of the way position.
Abstract: Relates to the automatic operation and control of a surface treating device having a powered tool and a work wheel for engagement with a work piece, said device being carried on a robotic arm and being adapted to maintain a uniform pressure of engagement of said work wheel with a work piece and a uniform rate of speed of the working surface of said work wheel in its engagement with the work piece, and a balancing pressure applied to said powered tool and work wheel to in effect make them weightless for their precise control.
Abstract: A self positioning elevating and supporting device carried at the rearward end portion of a snowmobile which upon being released from an inoperative position self positions itself to elevate and support in elevated position the rearward end portion of a snowmobile raising the underlying track arrangement thereof above the supporting ground surface.

Abstract: For the enclosed compartment space of a truck type of automotive vehicle rearward of the cab seating section, particularly herein with reference to a mail delivery truck, a movable shelf supported on rollers running on ledges formed by the internal wheel wells of the body of the truck, the shelf carrying mail baskets therein, both the shelf and baskets thereon being easily reachable by the operator seated in the cab section by use of a hook equipped rod whereby the operator can move forwardly the shelf and baskets thereon to be readily reachable for access thereto without the operator being required to step down to have access to the same by an approach through the rear of the truck.
Abstract: An elevating member to be disposed upon the seat of a chair to elevate to a raised position the body of a person thereon, the elevating member comprising a pair of overlying plate members being hinged at one side thereof and having a seat supporting surface thereon, the same being hinged as at the front of a seat, said members lying over two sides of an expandable member, means retaining the side walls of said expandable member forming an airtight chamber, a low pressure air supply being connected with said chamber inflating the same and angling the upper of said plate members upwardly and forwardly elevating a person seated thereon to an erect position, this device being particularly adapted for use by persons having difficulty rising to a standing position.
Abstract: A vertical lift and short takeoff airplane achieving a powered lift which is generated by deflecting downward on the order of nearly 90.degree. the slipstream from the driven propellors by means of the wing flap system of the airplane.
Abstract: A segmented tool rack having a plurality of individual bays to retain tool heads for an automated selection by a robotic arm, the tool heads being positively locked in the tool rack and upon selection by a robotic arm, the tool head remains in locked position until locked-onto the robotic arm at which time it is unlocked from the tool rack avoiding the possibility of an accidental dropping of a tool head and further, the tool head remains locked in position on said rack in the event of a loss of power.
