Abstract: An ultra wideband dual-frequency combiner includes a combination port (Port 1), a first port (Port 2), a second port (Port 3), two coaxial resonator band pass filters and two direct current channels. The first direct current channel is connected between the first port (Port 2) and the combination port (Port 1). The second direct current channel is connected between the second port (Port 3) and the combination port (Port 1). One end of the first coaxial resonator hand pass filters (610, 611) is electrically connected with the first port (Port 2) via a first blocking capacitor. One end of the second coaxial resonator hand pass filter (620, 621) is electrically connected with the second port (Port 3) via a second blocking capacitor. The other ends of the first coaxial resonator band pass filter and the second coaxial resonator band pass filter are connected with the combination port (Port 1) via a third blocking capacitor. The blocking capacitors are parameter distributed capacitors.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for preparing a thermoplastic resin with superior impact resistance, chemical resistance and processability as well as excellent gloss and whiteness. The method includes emulsion-polymerizing a conjugated diene compound monomer to prepare a rubber latex having an average particle diameter of 1,800 ? to 5,000 ?, a polymerization conversion ratio of at least 90% and a swelling index of 12 to 40, an average gel content of 70 to 95%, emulsion-polymerizing 45 to 75 parts by weight of the rubber latex with 17 to 40 parts by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound and 4 to 20 parts by weight of a vinyl cyanide compound to prepare a graft copolymer latex, and coagulating the graft copolymer latex with a coagulant at 60 to 80° C., and aging the graft copolymer latex at 80 to 99° C. to obtain a graft copolymer powder.
Abstract: Processes are disclosed which facilitate improved high-density memory circuitry, most preferably dynamic random access memory (DRAM) circuitry. A semiconductor memory device includes i) a total of no more than 68,000,000 functional and operably addressable memory cells arranged in multiple memory arrays formed on a semiconductor die; and ii) circuitry formed on the semiconductor die permitting data to be written to and read from one or more of the memory cells. At least one of the memory arrays contains at least 100-square microns of continuous die surface area having at least 128 of the functional and operably addressable memory cells. More preferably, at least 100 square microns of continuous die surface area have at least 170 of the functional and operably addressable memory cells.
Abstract: An image-taking apparatus is provided which includes a first extracting unit that extracts an image corresponding to a first region having a first aspect ratio and an image corresponding to a second region having a second aspect ratio from a video image to record the images, a second extracting unit that extracts an image having an aspect ratio of a display region of a display device from the video image in a range where the first region is maximally displayed, a producing unit that produces a notification image indicating that the second region exists outside the display region when the second region exists outside the region of the image extracted by the second extracting unit, a combining unit that produces a display image by combining the notification image with the image extracted by the second extracting unit, and a control unit that displays the display image on the display device.
Abstract: The invention relates to generating and using secure transformable passwords. In one example, a user grants a third party access to an online account at a host server, and the user requests a transformed password from the host server. The host server associates an encryption key with the third party and generates a transformed password using the user's online account password and the encryption key. The user transmits the transformed password to the third party which may use the transformed password to access the online account. The host server generates a second transformed password and compares it to the password information received from the third party. If the received password information and the second transformed password are identical, access is granted. The invention also includes methods for invalidating the transformed passwords by changing the encryption keys to an invalid state.
Abstract: A microelectronic package includes a lower unit having a lower unit substrate with conductive features and a top and bottom surface. The lower unit includes one or more lower unit chips overly/ing the top surface of the lower unit substrate that are electrically connected to the conductive features of the lower unit substrate. The microelectronic package also includes an upper unit including an upper unit substrate having conductive features, top and bottom surfaces and a hole extending between such top and bottom surfaces. The upper unit further includes one or more upper unit chips overlying the top surface of the upper unit substrate and electrically connected to the conductive features of the upper unit substrate by connections extending within the hole. The upper unit may include an upper unit encapsulant that covers the connections of the upper unit and the one or more upper unit chips.

Abstract: A lens unit composed of different materials includes a base and a lens. A part of a camera module of a different material from the lens is used as the base. Abstract: A method and system to enhance the protection of the data in an user equipment and secure real time streaming of the data in the user equipment is disclosed. The method and system includes sending request by at least one user to access at least one application server. The user is provisioned to download a appropriate CMSC and a mapper into the user equipment from the application server. The method and system further comprises user sending request via an IMS network to download a data to the user equipment. The data is encrypted in the application server and is downloaded into the user equipment. The mapper identifies the appropriate CMSC, which may decrypt the data. Further, the data undergoes double decryption in real time within the user equipment before being presented in user interface. The double decryption is provisioned using the valid CMSC downloaded in the user equipment.

Abstract: A programmable two terminal non-volatile device uses a floating gate that can be programed by a hot electron injection induced by a potential between a source and drain.
