Abstract: The described embodiments of the present invention outline two solutions to the problems described above regarding simple IP data access for pre-paid subscribers. The first solutions includes a method for providing pre-paid simple IP data service to a subscriber in a network, including: sending an access request from a point of attachment in an access network capable of providing an IP network access to a home network remote authentication server which deploys a Pre-Paid Client (PPC) and receiving in the point of attachment an access request response from the home network remote authentication server. The second solution includes a method for providing pre-paid simple IP data service to a subscriber in a network, including: sending an access request from a Mobile Station (MS) which deploys a Pre-Paid Client (PPC) to a home network remote authentication server and receiving in the MS an access request response from the home network remote authentication server.

Abstract: A packet forwarding method, a packet forwarding device, and a packet forwarding system are provided. The method includes: acquiring, by a first board, a source media access control (MAC) address and an input port number in a packet, and looking up a MAC address table according to the source MAC address; learning the source MAC address if no same entry is found; and looking up a forwarding policy table according to the input port number to acquire a forwarding policy, and sending the packet to a second board according to the forwarding policy, so that the second board learns the source MAC address to realize synchronization of MAC addresses. The synchronization of MAC addresses is realized by acquiring the forwarding policy without changing a current forwarding process or influencing an execution efficiency of a central processing unit (CPU).

Abstract: A directional coupler includes capacitive elements electrically connected to a coupled port and an isolated port, respectively, for a coupled line on a chip (on-chip). The capacitive elements serve as matching capacitive elements and may be MIM (Metal Insulator Metal) capacitors on a substrate. A first end of a first of the capacitive elements is connected between the coupled port and the coupled line and a second end is grounded. A first end of a second of the capacitive elements is connected between the isolated port and the coupled line and a second end is grounded.

Abstract: Method for producing C3H5(OH)3 and at least one of fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) and fatty acid ethyl ester (FAEE) includes mixing vegetable oils and animal fats, at least one of CH3OH and C2H5OH and at least one first catalyst to transesterify a portion of triglycerides and provide a first mixture. The first mixture is separated, with a first light phase being withdrawn and fed into a second mixer where it is mixed with at least one second catalyst to transesterify a further portion of the triglycerides to provide a second mixture. The second mixture is separated, with a second light phase being withdrawn and mixed with soapless C3H5(OH)3 to provide a dispersion which is separated by density difference. A phase containing at least one of raw FAME and raw FAEE is mixed with an aqueous acid, washed with water, with the water being expelled to provide FAME and FAEE product.

Abstract: A method and system for taking over devices are provided. In a solution, a first control board first performs topology discovery on a Peripheral Component Interconnect Express (PCIE) bus, and reserves resources for a Switch (SW) where a NON-Transparent (NT) bridge is located and devices connected to down ports of the SW according to a set resource reservation policy when the topology discovery proceeds to the NT bridge, where the SW and the devices are currently controlled by a second control board. After the SW and the devices are taken over from the second control board, the resource reserved in advance may be allocated to the SW and the devices, so that the devices that are taken over operate normally under control of the first control board. Dual control is implemented through direct taking over devices, and a response speed for processing a device request is improved.

Abstract: A method, system and apparatus for managing alarms in a Long Reach Passive Optical Network (LR-PON) system are disclosed. The method includes: obtaining a PON signal from an Optical Line Terminal (OLT) or an Optical Network Unit (ONU) on one side; checking whether the obtained PON signal fails; and notifying the ONU or the OLT on the other side if the PON signal fails. The method, system and apparatus under the present invention monitor the LR-PON transmission quality and process various alarm indications raised in the LR-PON signal monitoring.

Abstract: An electrical multiple distributor includes a housing having a modular design and including an inner housing. At least one clamping device is disposed on the housing and is configured to contact a shielded line of at least one cable outlet so as to connect the at least one cable outlet. At least one receiving contour is disposed at a connection position and is configured to accommodate a connecting sleeve so as to connect at least one connector. An electromagnetic shielding device is disposed on the housing, and a protective device is disposed on the housing and is configured to protect against at least one of moisture and dust. At least two electrical connections are disposed in the housing, and at least one distribution system is disposed in the housing and is configured to selectively interconnect the at least two electrical connections, the at least one distribution system being positionable by the inner housing.

Abstract: A charging method is disclosed according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. The method includes receiving a message transmission request carrying message content to be transmitted; generating a message conversion charging ID if the message content is to be converted; sending charging information carrying the message conversion charging ID and performing charging control on the message sender based on the message conversion charging ID. A charging system and apparatus are also disclosed according to embodiments of the present disclosure. With the present disclosure, the charging of message service becomes more flexible and the user experience is improved.

Abstract: A method for simultaneously cutting a compound rod of semiconductor material into a multiplicity of wafers. The method includes selecting a first workpiece and a second workpiece, each having two end surfaces; grinding at least one of the two end surfaces of each workpiece so as to create a ground end surface on each workpiece; cementing the ground end surface of the first workpiece to the ground end surface of second workpiece using a fastener so as to produce a compound rod piece having a longitudinal axis, wherein the fastener is disposed between the workpieces so as create a distance between the workpieces; fixing the compound rod piece in a longitudinal direction on a mounting plate; clamping the mounting plate with the compound rod piece in a wire saw; and cutting the compound rod piece perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis using the wire saw.

Abstract: A call processing method, a call processing system and call processing equipment of a same number service are disclosed. The method includes: receiving a call which is initiated by a calling client and carries an initial called number, and sending a message of the called number with a same number service characteristic to first switching equipment in an IP network when the initial called number is a number of the same number service; and receiving a call request initiated by the first switching equipment, starting same number service processing of the initial called number according to the message carried in the call request, and calling a same number terminal corresponding to the initial called number. The embodiment of the invention helps realize the same number service between a SIP intelligent terminal in the IP network and ordinary terminals in other communication networks.

Abstract: A method for depositing a layer on a semiconductor wafer using chemical vapor deposition (CVD). The method includes providing a chamber having an inlet opening and an outlet opening and a channel joining the inlet opening and the outlet opening, wherein the channel is bounded at the bottom by a plane and at the top by a window transmissive to thermal radiation. A semiconductor wafer is disposed so that a surface of the semiconductor lies in the plane, wherein the window has a center region disposed over the semiconductor wafer and an edge region surrounding the center region and not disposed over the semiconductor wafer. A distance between the plane and the window varies across the chamber, the distance being greater at the edge region than at the center region. A tangent applied to a radial profile of the distance at a boundary between the center region and the edge region forms an angle with the plane of not less than 15° and not more than 25°.

The carriage includes a wheel disposed in a rear portion of the base unit. A motor-fan unit is disposed in the base unit and configured to create a partial vacuum at the surface. A tilting joint provides for relative tilting between the upper body and the base unit. The tilting joint has a pivot axis extending in a horizontal direction when the vacuum cleaner is in a position of use. The wheel is mounted on a pivotable carrier member, which has a pivot axle that is spaced apart from a rotatable axle of the wheel. A pivoting mechanism is disposed on the tilting joint in a vicinity of the carrier member and is configured to pivot the carrier member and the wheel during a pivoting movement of the upper body relative to the base unit.

Abstract: A steam generator for a household appliance. The steam generator includes an evaporation chamber having a substantially planar evaporation surface with first and second sections. A water supply line is in fluid communication with the evaporation chamber and a steam discharge line is also in fluid communication with the evaporation chamber. The steam generator includes a heat accumulator configured to heat the evaporation surface. At least one of a valve and a pump is associated with the water supply line and operable to control an introduction of water into the evaporation chamber. An electric controller controls the heating of the heat accumulator by the heater and the introduction of water into the evaporation chamber using the at least one of valve and pump. The first section of the evaporation surface is a starter section that is thermally conductively coupled to the heat accumulator such that heat flow from the heat accumulator to the starter section is limited compared to the second section.

Abstract: A compact, low-cost hinge assembly for mounting a door to a household appliance. A stay bar has first and second elongate edge surfaces extending between opposing first and second ends. The first end is pivotally connected to a door-mounting bracket on which an abutment is located. A torsion spring is mounted to a body-mounting bracket, and an arm of the spring resiliently engages the first edge surface to urge the second surface into engagement with the abutment, urging the door, in a closed position, toward the closed position. A detent recess in the second surface receives the abutment to hold the door partially open. A stop face projects from the first edge surface, and the spring arm contacts the stop face to hold the door horizontal, in a fully open position.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for allocating storage addresses are disclosed. The method includes: receiving a storage address allocation request; searching a level-2 bitmap in a hierarchical bitmap in bidirectional mode; outputting an idle bit according to the result of searching in the level-2 bitmap; obtaining a storage address according to the output idle bit, and allocating the storage address. The apparatus includes: a first receiving module, configured to receive a storage address allocation request; a first searching module, configured to search a level-2 bitmap in a hierarchical bitmap in bidirectional mode for an idle bit, wherein the hierarchical bitmap includes N level-1 bitmaps and the level-2 bitmap; and an allocating module, configured to: obtain a storage address according to the output idle bit in the level-2 bitmap, and allocate the obtained storage address.

Abstract: A method, system, and device for converting session control signaling are provided. The method includes at least one of the following steps: a first adaptation unit converts a session control signaling message of a circuit switched (CS) session leg into a session control signaling message of an IP multimedia subsystem (IMS) session leg; or the first adaptation unit converts a session control signaling message of an IMS session leg into a session control signaling message of a CS session leg. In embodiments of the present invention, an adaptation unit intercepts a CS signaling message after an inter-mobile switching center (MSC) handover, and converts CS signaling messages to IMS signaling messages and vice versa, so that the IMS domain may continue to control a session after the inter-MSC handover.
