Abstract: A machine for slicing food products, including a supported table surface with aperture for the passage therethrough of product slices; a power-driven cutting device having a horizontal blade extending above the table surface at a distance substantially corresponding to the slice thickness required; a guided horizontally sliding platform spaced above the cutting device; a power-driven reciprocating lateral thruster attached to the horizontal sliding platform for the purpose of moving the platform both to produce slices of food product and to clear the cutting device in the case it is jammed; and a vertical tube-shaped open-ended hopper rigidly supported by the horizontally sliding platform for containing a stack of food product items, the lowest item in the stack resting on the table surface and being pushed by the hopper into contact with the cutting device to produce a slice.
Abstract: The safety binding has a base part which is fixed with respect to the ski, a release part which is supported so as to be rotatable relative to the base part, and a guide jaw with clamping device for clamping the boot sole. In order to support the release part relative to the base part, this release part has at least three guide rolls which are supported so as to be freely rotatable and have circumferential grooves in which guide flanges engage, which guide flanges are downwardly and inwardly bent at the underside of the release part and engage in the guide grooves with their inwardly bent edges. Cut out portions are located between the guide flanges so that the release part can be freed from the guide rolls after a determined rotation relative to the base part. A release cam having a central locking recess and two symmetrically arranged control cams is securely connected with the release part.
Abstract: A jack plug has a contact bulb provided at its free end having a contact shaft serving for the electrical connection of an electrical conductor. The contact shaft penetrates the center of a tubular shaft of the plug serving as an external contact. An insulating material is provided between the contact shaft of the contact bulb and the tubular shaft. The shaft serving as external contact continues into a portion at the side remote from the contact bulb. The portion extends beyond the inner end of the insulating tube and has a greater diameter than the shaft. This portion is received by a gripping sleeve. The portion has axially parallel notches proceeding from its free front side. These front sides of the portion contact corresponding inner surfaces of the gripping sleeve which is screwed on by means of an internal thread. The notches extend substantially along the entire axial length of the portion. The internal thread of the gripping sleeve is provided at the side facing the contact bulb.
