FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken through line 4--4 of FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is another embodiment of my new design of FIG. 1, all other views corresponding to those of FIGS. 2-4.

FIG. 6 is another embodiment of my new design of FIG. 1, all other views corresponding to those of FIGS. 2-4;

FIG. 7 is another embodiment of my new design of FIG. 1, all other views corresponding to those of FIGS. 2-4; and

FIG. 8 is another embodiment of my new design of FIG. 1, all other views corresponding to those of FIGS. 2-4.

The characteristic feature of my new design resides in the foxing portion of the athletic shoe as shown.
