Abstract: An applicator assembly for supplying lipstick or like substance to the lips of the user by first coating opposite surfaces of an applicator sheet with the substance to be applied and then applying the coated applicator sheet to the mouth of the user. The assembly comprises a housing having substance supply containers movable into and out of opposite surfaces of individual applicator sheets entering the housing in an operative position and further wherein a supply of such applicator sheets may be considered a part of the housing.

Abstract: An assembly for the removal and examination of amnioytes in early pregnancy by filtering the amniotic fluid and returning the fluid to the fetus subsequent to filtering wherein a conduit structure has a filter incorporated therein and is constructed to include two different paths of fluid flow, one for drawing off said amniotic fluid through the filter means and one for returning the amniotic fluid subsequent to filtering along a path which bypasses said filter structure.

Abstract: A water filling assembly for ice trays including a reservoir disposed in water delivering relation to each of a plurality of vertically stacked ice trays within a housing wherein the reservoir and trays are cooperatively structured to successively fill each of said trays from an uppermost one in the stacked array to a lower most one upon the selective passage of liquid from said reservoir to said trays.

Abstract: A carrying case specifically adapted for use in carrying lap top computers, printers, fax machines and the like comprising a case having an outer shell formed of a durable waterproofed material and a case interior including a main storage compartment and a secondary storage compartment. An expansion zone formed on a surrounding side wall structure allows the secondary storage compartment to be adjustable between a collapsed stowed position and an expanded operative position thereby providing a second compartment to store computer equipment. The carrying case further includes a shock barrier construction defined by a layer of shock absorbent material fitted between the exterior shell and an inner lining in surrounding protecting relation to the case interior.

Abstract: A seatbelt positioning assembly for positioning a seatbelt of an automobile along the lower abdominal region of a pregnant person so as to avoid crossing over the womb. The seatbelt positioning assembly comprises a seat pad adapted to be positioned on the seat of the automobile being secured thereto by a securing strap fastened about the seat back portion. A sleeve is removably fitted along a portion of the length of the seatbelt wherein a pair of positioning straps connected to and extending from the seat pad are adapted for attachment with a bottom edge of the sleeve so as to pull the sleeve and, accordingly, the attached seatbelt downwardly in position along the lower abdominal region of the user.

Abstract: A painted display assembly comprising a sheet adapted for the passage of light therethrough and including an exposed front face and a rear face each having painted portions thereon, the sheet being mounted to one side of a mounting frame having an open center wherein the sheet is disposed in covering relation to the open center. A light assembly including a light source is mounted to an opposite side of the mounting frame and is specifically adapted to direct light on to the rear face of the sheet wherein a background scene appears in relation to a painted main scene within a frame viewing surface on the exposed front face.

Abstract: An animal mattress for bedding an animal comprising an outer casing of a mesh material woven from individual polyester strands coated with a polyvinyl chloride material impervious to liquid and heat; the casing includes a hollow interior chamber and a zipper opening on a side thereof to allow access to the interior chamber. A cushioning material, including individual, heat expanded polystyrene beads are disposed in loose, free flowing relation within the interior chamber, wherein a stitch sewn in the center of the casing connecting an upper and lower side acts as a baffle in the chamber to regulate the flow of the beads while also forming a nest-like configuration in the mattress for an animal to lie in a comfortable position.

Abstract: A handheld punch structure having an integrally formed elongated base of one piece construction and formed of a high strength material capable of being struck repeatedly by a striking instrument or used with a hydraulic press structure. The base defines a plurality of integrally formed punch segments thereon wherein successively positioned ones of the punch segments increase in transverse dimension by a predetermined increment successively from one end towards an opposite end and a gripping portion formed thereon to facilitate gripping by the hand of the user.

Abstract: A urinary catheter designed to fit on a male patient including a substantially firm, rigid material cup having an elongated tube for concentric, surrounding relation about the male organ and adjustably attached to the cup for selective positioning of an open proximal end of the tube into and out of a hollow interior portion of the cup and into engagement with the pubic area of the user. A drainage conduit or the like is connected in fluid receiving relation to the distal, exteriorly located end of the tube for removal and collection of urine passing from the patient.

Abstract: An assembly for the disinfectant of one or more toothbrushes or like objects comprising a housing generally in the form of a canister for the containment of a supply of disinfectant composition preferably in fluid form wherein an applicator chamber is formed within the housing and the toothbrushes are also oriented therein such that the head and bristle portion thereof are disposed within the applicator chamber in fluid communication with disinfectant issuing from the supply. The disinfectant supply may be in the form of a pressurized aerosol container or any other applicable supply container and pump combination.

Abstract: A hanger structure primarily designed to hang, fold or support clothes, particularly slacks or like articles, within a locker or the like wherein the hanger structure includes a mounting component formed on one end of an elongated support arm so as to substantially orient the support arm in a horizontal position while removably supporting the hanger structure by a substantially cantilevered attachment to a mounting hook or like element secured to a vertical wall surface within the locker.

Abstract: An apparatus for the locking attachment of a mobile, cellular phone in a secure position such as being attached to a floor or like supporting surface within a vehicle to prevent unauthorized removal of the phone but still allow freedom of use and ease of removal of the phone from the locking apparatus or the locking apparatus from its attachment to a supporting surface when it is desired to transport the phone with a user from one location to another.

Abstract: An assembly for holding a planting pot and supplying water or liquid thereto by capillary action from a liquid reservoir maintained in an outer container disposed in surrounding and supporting relation to the planting pot on the interior thereof. The assembly incorporates a capillary container holding transfer medium which facilitates liquid flow therethrough by capillary action, such as dirt or soil similar to the material on the interior of the planting pot in which the root structure of the contained plant grows.

Abstract: A support assembly for a spray nozzle specifically structured to deliver liquid and/or cleaning chemicals under high pressure to air conditioning coils or large commercial type air conditioning units for the cleaning thereof in order to render operation of the entire air conditioning assembly more efficient. The spray nozzle is adjsutably and removably positioned relative to the air conditioning coils being cleaned thereby eliminating the need for personnel to physically handle and position the spray nozzle during the cleaning proess wherein the presents of personnel is frequently difficult to maintain and dangerous or hazardous to the health of the personnel due to the enclosed and resulting harsh environmental conditions under which such cleaning of air conditioning coils normally takes place.

Abstract: A mobile grain silo for the transportation and storage of grain, granulated food and other such materials, wherein the mobile grain silo includes individual storage cells of a generally parallelogram shape constructed around a frame structure and having means for lifting on and off a mobile transport and for interconnecting the cells in stacked relation to one another. The individual storage cells having a loading door for filling and an exit door for discharging the contents therein and further having a viewing port to inspect the interior of the cell.

Abstract: A needle ejector apparatus to be used for removing a needle from a blood sample vacuum tube container, the apparatus being structurally adapted to receive a vacuum tube container and attached needle therein whereupon the downward depression of a push rod on the apparatus causes an engaging means to grasp a rubber cap on the needle located within the interior of the vacuum tube container. Further depression of the push rod causes rotation of a head structure and attached engaging means thereby enabling separation and ejection of the needle from the vacuum tube container after use without the necessity of the needle being touched by medical personnel. Danger of contamination by inadvertent puncture when removing the needle from the vacuum tube container is thereby eliminated.

Abstract: A baby bottle assembly having a nipple which is mounted on a flexible straw extending from the bottle such that in the preferred embodiment, the straw is disposed within the interior of the bottle with a substantial portion of the straw extending exteriorly of the bottle and having a nipple structure mounted on the end, such that a baby can feed from the bottle in an upright position without the need of having to invert the bottle to facilitate fluid flow to the nipple and further, wherein a one-way valve structure is mounted on the end of the straw within the nipple assembly to permit fluid flow in an outward direction from the bottle while preventing air from entering the bottle through the flexible straw.
