  • Patent number: 7209037
Abstract: A security system and method for monitoring a security status of fixed and mobile assets. The security system comprises an agent connected with the asset. The agent monitors a security of the asset and transmits the data to a master control unit. The master control unit retransmits the security status to a global operations center for processing the security status to detect a security threat. In response to a security threat, the global operations center generates an output. Periodic reports are generated and transmitted to the customer, and the customer is billed at intervals. For mobile assets, the security system also tracks a location of the asset as the asset is transported between a shipper's loading dock and a designated distribution center, including an origination port and a destination port. For fixed agents, the security system includes an interface for interfacing an existing security device to the master control unit and for controlling the existing security system.

  • Patent number: 7198035
Abstract: A supporting element (9) for supporting a fuel feed unit (2) on the bottom of a fuel tank has a curved element (13) having a supporting surface (17). The curved element (13) is fastened to the lower side of the fuel feed unit (2) and is manufactured as a single piece with a coarse filter (19). Fuel sucked up through the coarse filter (19) is guided over the curved element (13), so that dirt particles are retained at a tangential edge (14) of the supporting element (9).

  • Patent number: 7200866
Abstract: A system for defending against a distributed denial-of-service attack includes an intrusion detection system, an active security management system and an active security node. The intrusion detection system generates alert data if a denial-of-service attack is detected. The active security management system manages a domain, analyzes the alert data, generates and transmits a backtracking sensor in a case of the distributed denial-of-service attack, transmits mobile sensors to a host backtracked by the backtracking sensor to remove a master or an agent program within the host; and generates and transmits a backtracking sensor by using an IP address of a host that has transmitted a packet to the removed master or agent program. The active security node executes the transmitted backtracking sensor to backtrack an attacking host of the distributed denial-of-service attack and, if the backtracked host is determined as a real attacker, intercepts a traffic generated from the real attacker.

  • Patent number: 7198006
Abstract: A cat litter box with a pivotable container housed on a frame, the tray floor of which forms a collection tray for cat litter and the like. A cleaning mechanism is arranged standing in the container and reaching to the floor of the tray, with which cleaning mechanism, when the container is pivoted in one direction to clean it, waste matter, particularly feces, can be separated from the cat litter. The container possesses a storage chamber for the separated waste matter which can be moved with the container, which chamber is formed by a bag, the entrance of which chamber is arranged above the cleaning mechanism in the position of use.

  • Patent number: 7197441
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for generating progressive solid models based on a cellular topology. A cellular model generating section 10, if a specific feature-based model is inputted, performs a mapping operation on the input feature-based model with reference to an internal feature library, thereby generating cellular topology models based on feature models. A progressive model initializing section 20 composes cells by use of volume attributes of the cells according to a relationship between the input feature-based model and the cells obtained from the cellular topology model to generate an initial cellular model SM0 which is simplified to generate a progressive solid model, and then searches n delta volumes DVi transiting the initial cellular topology model SM0 by composing and decomposing the cells so as to progressively complement the difference between the initial cellular topology model SM0 and the input feature-based model.

  • Patent number: 7197141
Abstract: Disclosed is an RSA cryptographic processing apparatus capable of performing the fast operating function. A modular multiplication operation or a modular exponentiation operation, i.e., an RSA cryptographic operation, is selectively performed according to a control signal inputted, the modular operation of the data of 512 to 1024 bits is iteratively performed by use of 32-bit operating unit, and the data of 512 to 1024 bits is operated by use of a 32-bit operating unit, thereby minimizing the size of the register storing the data and reducing the size of the cryptographic apparatus, and which the intermediate value generated at the operation process is stored in the internal register instead of the memory, thereby minimizing the times of access to the memory.

  • Patent number: 7192883
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device. A minute pattern is formed using a hard mask film of a series of a nitride film as an etch mask. Before a hard mask film removal process is performed, the step of performing given etching using an oxide film etchant is added to remove an abnormal oxide film on the nitride film. It is thus possible to effectively remove the hard mask film. Generation of voids in a pattern below the hard mask film can be also effectively prevented using BOE in which the composition ratio of HF and NH4F and an etching temperature are optimized as an oxide film etchant.
