Abstract: If the surface of metallic mold should not be highly transcribed to the surface of product in injection molding the plastic products, the transcription defects such as weld, shrinkage, etc. are caused to the surface of product. Further, if the resin should be exposed to the surface of high temperature metallic mold more than necessary during the molding, the filler and the like of glass and so forth are contained into the resin, and in this case, they are left over on the surface of metallic mold, resulting in the transcription defect. These problems can be solved by heating the surface temperature of metallic mold higher than the glass transfer temperature of resin if the resin is non-crystal and higher than the fusion point temperature if the resin crystal, with the temperature raising speed of more than 2° C. every second, maintaining this temperature during the resin charging, and by cooling at the lowering speed of more than 2° C. every second after the completion of charging.

The single packet forwarding device is a single logical unit. The LSS may be used as either a redundant switch set (RSS) or as a Load Sharing Switch Set (LSSS). The maximum throughput of the LSSS increases with each additional switch. A LSSS can only interconnect with the other devices via trunked links that contain at least one physical connection to each switch.

Abstract: The present utility model pertains to a pneumatic gripper with a body (11), which comprises two superimposed, complementary elements (16, 17), which are made of metal, and two additional supports (18, 19) molded in plastic material which are placed and clamped together between the two superimposed elements. The two additional supports (18, 19) define, together, at least one guiding seat (28) for the rod of the piston, an accommodation for a seal (29) for sealing around the rod and seats (18′, 19′) for the pins (30) carrying the elbow-shaped relay rods (15), which, starting from the rod of the piston, control the jaws.
Abstract: A miniaturized coin hopper device is provided so as to have a lower height. The device has an electric motor which is arranged such that the projection end of a rotated axis thereof is located at a lower side. A first gear is fixed on this projection end of rotated axis. A disk for discharging coins one by one is provided at the bottom of a hopper which stores the coins. A second gear rotates this disk. A gear train connects this second gear and the first gear. The problem of a true coin being disbursed when a pseudo-coin was stored in a hopper device and the return button was pushed is also addressed. A distinguishing element checks the money kind of a deposited coin. A reserve temporarily holds the coin distinguished by this distinction element. A storage for coins of same money kind and a disbursing element is provided for the the coin in this storage to return the coin reserved in the temporary reservation.
Abstract: A simplified coin hopper structure which facilitates coin size changes. The coin hopper equipment is easily applied to various coin sizes by simple adjustments. The device includes a tank for storing coins in a loose loading condition and a disk arranged rotatably at the inside bottom of the tank. One or more hole, for passage of coins, is provided through the disk. An adjustment element is provided on this disk to open and close the hole and to form an adjustable opening for different coin sizes. A base for the disk is arranged below the disk. A rotating element turns the disk. A gear train is provided at the base connecting a drive to the rotating element.
Abstract: A pump with storage tank or autoclave, where the pump comprises a pump section driven by an electric motor and the tank with an internal membrane which divides it into a first collection chamber for the water and a second chamber containing a compressible gas. The pump section (12) is a multistage centrifugal type and intakes the liquid through an input (17) on the sealed side discharging it directly into the first chamber of the tank, the first chamber being in communication with an output passage to the point of use.
Abstract: A push-button on a sewing machine is provided with a bracket rigidly connected to a sewing machine housing. A key member is mounted axially displaceably in a hole of the bracket with a stop for limiting its outwardly directed displacement and with a switch. The switch may be arranged on the bracket and can be actuated by the key member. The key member has a key stop for limiting its displacement directed toward the interior of the housing. An elastic hook-shaped holding mechanism extends into the displacement path of the key stop and fixes the switch supported on the bracket. The elastic hook-shaped holding mechanism is arranged on the bracket.
Abstract: A packet based high speed mesh forms a trunk cluster. The trunk cluster is constructed with a set of loosely coupled switches, a configuration protocol, trunked network interfaces, and optionally a reachablilty protocol. The trunk cluster provides a Logical LAN service. Each switch in the trunk cluster provides a single “shared LAN” by interconnecting two or more links. The edge devices attached to the links run a trunk configuration protocol. These attached edge devices view the trunked ports as if trunked ports are connected to a shared LAN with multiple other attached devices.
