Abstract: What is disclosed herein deals with low to medium pressure, high temperature, all ceramic, air-to-air, indirect heat exchangers, novel ball joints, high load-bearing ceramic tube sheets, and tube seal extenders for ceramic tubes that are useful in such heat exchangers. Also disclosed are new and novel systems used in new and novel industrial processes such as chemical processing, sludge destruction and the production of particulates such as, for example, carbon black. Systems utilizing several heat exchangers are also disclosed.

Abstract: A bird defense system for a dock system. The bird defense system consists of a series of support arms that are mounted to the stringers of the dock. The support arms are manually attached to the stringer and have an adjustable height support rod that allows the user to set the height of the bird defense system. At the end of the support rods are hollow tubes that accommodate a cord that is threaded through each support arm creating a perimeter around the dock preventing birds from landing or hoping on the top surface of the dock.

Abstract: The instant device is a device that when used in a plurality they will support a dry docked pontoon effectively and efficiently. The device has to be used in combination with at least three others to effectively support a dry docked pontoon. The device is manufactured with a grooved top surface allowing the v shaped groove of the bottom of a pontoon to rest within it and thereby preventing damage to the pontoon.

Abstract: The instant invention is a containerized freight system that is comprised in combination of a specialized container, a lift mechanism and a transportation unit or vehicle mounted lifting and transporting system of individual specialized cargo containers. The system allows delivery of specialized cargo container virtually anywhere for loading, unloading, storage and retrieval by the transportation unit. The lifting unit is unique in that leg members engage the bottom channel of the specialized container it will raise and lower the unit while keeping the container and its contents in a vertical plane preventing the shifting of the contents within the container. The system also includes a specially equipped trailer that has a bed that lowers to ground level to facilitate loading and unloading of containers. This trailer is capable of hauling at least one container.
