    Abstract: A power source and a human contacting portion of a portable power tool, with a vibration-proof member and a spacer placed between them, are tightened by fastening and connecting means in the direction approaching each other. The spacer serves to limit compressive power of the vibration proof member which acts between the power source and human contacting portion within effective vibration-proof range of the vibration-proof member by utilizing the fastening and connecting means, This does not cause the vibration absorbing effect of the vibration-proof member to be lost. In addition, there is no need to check the fastening degree achieved by the fastening and connecting means, thus allowing easy attachment of the vibration-proof member thereto. Alternatively, vibration-proof members may be placed between the power source side and the working member side without spacers if the vibration proof members support the power source apart from the working member.

    Abstract: A method of fabricating a capacitor plate constitutes first providing a substrate. Then, first insulating layer is formed over the substrate. Sequentially, a buffering layer and a second insulating layer, both of which constitute a stacked structure, are formed over the first insulating layer. Next, the stacked structure is patterned into an opening thereby exposing a portion of the first insulating layer therethrough. Subsequently, conducting spacers are formed on the sidewalls of the opening. The second insulating layer is thereafter removed, and simultaneously a portion of the first insulating layer not covered by the buffering layer and the conducting spacers are removed to form a contact window, thereby exposing a portion of the substrate therethrough. Then, a conducting layer is conformably deposited over the substrate, and thereafter etched away until a portion of the buffering layer is exposed. Finally, the exposed buffering layer is removed.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for fabricating a storage plate of a semiconductor capacitor. A conductive layer is first formed on a semiconductor substrate. A glue layer is formed on the conductive layer. A plurality of micro masking-balls are then spread onto the surface of the glue layer. Using these micro masking-balls as masks, the glue layer is etched to expose a portion surface of the conductive layer. Using the remaining glue layer as a mask, the conductive layer is etched to form a bristle-shaped conductive layer. After that, the glue layer and micro masking-balls are removed, thereby allowing the remaining bristle-shaped conductive layer to form a storage plate of a semiconductor capacitor.

    Abstract: A urinal of transparent or translucent plastic material that can endure a sterilization temperature of 130.degree. C., with a detachable anti-backflow element having an interior end located at the volumetric center of the urinal. The urinal also includes a normal fill level indicator, such as a groove in the side of the urinal, and a conduit and cap located above the normal fill level of the urinal. The anti-backflow device, normal fill level, and conduit and cap combine to prevent spillage form the urinal at any angle of tilt so long as the contents of the urinal remain at or below the normal filling level. In addition, emptying of the contents is facilitated by virtue of the conduit and cap location above the normal fill level. The urinal also includes other features, such as an internal odor tablet holding device, unique coloring and phosphorescent features for selected elements of the urinal, a specially designed cradle for holding or hanging the urinal, and either a fixed or attachable handle.

The tension line extends outwardly through the connected extension tube. The extension tube is unscrewed from the anchor body after the latter having arrived at a predetermined depth. A pulling load is then applied to the free proximal end of the tension line, said load being large enough to cause the anchor body to turn through the ground about the attachment point of the tension line, after which the proximal end of the line is attached to the structure to be stabilized.
