Abstract: An auto-document feeder re-ingestion stop includes an auto-document feeder having a lower input tray and an upper output tray, the upper output tray having a length which is shorter than the length of input tray so that exiting or exited media depends onto the input tray, a flexible stopper depending from the upper output tray and inhibiting the exited media from being re-ingested by paper-to-paper friction during feeding of media in the input tray.

Abstract: A closure is described which incorporates an additive delivery system integral with the closure. The system includes a dosing chamber formed in the closure, the dosing chamber exhausting the contents into the container upon initial unthreading of the closure from the container. The design prevents premature dosing of the chamber into the container and also allows the dosing chamber to be pressurized if so desired.
Abstract: A filter cassette having opposing rectangular side panels with at least one pair of filter media containers there between wherein each filter media container has a pair of opposing rectangular end plates and a pair of opposing rectangular media screens, each pair of containers are in a āVā configuration with adjacent end plates having a unitary configuration and at least one media fill aperture for each media container on a non-sealing side of the filter cassette, outermost end plates on a sealing side of the filter cassettes extend between corners of opposing side panels forming a substantially smooth sealing surface, and a fill cap is attached to each unitary pair of end plates having media fill apertures enclosing the media fill apertures.

Abstract: Disclosed is a light fixture device comprising an elongate housing, the housing having a pair of opposed edge faces, a first central longitudinal region and a pair of second longitudinal regions, the first longitudinal region being centrally located therebetween, the first and second longitudinal regions extending between the two edge faces, the central first longitudinal region including at least one light emitting portion, one of the second longitudinal regions including at least one sensor portion, the at least one sensor portion being positioned at a location which is optimally selected relative to a work station in a room space below the light fixture device and/or relative to one or more ambient light sources near the light fixture device, the location being one of a plurality of possible locations along a substantially continuous location line extending between the two edge faces.
Abstract: A method and a device of constructing a side-opening cigarette package. The method comprises gathering cigarettes into a bundled charge. A flat shell (10) is propped open to facilitate insertion of the bundled cigarettes. The shell containing the cigarettes is rotated and placed in a desired orientation onto a blank. The blank is folded to form the side opening cigarette package.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a single shaft rotary grinder having a modular and/or split apart configuration. The modular configuration has assembly units and/or component parts that are interchangeable providing ease of construction of a rotary grinder having desired functionality for a specific application and/or providing ease of maintenance with the ability to replace worn or broken assembly units or component parts. The split apart configuration provides for the separation of a rear power head assembly and a front feeder assembly allowing easy access to the rotor and rear inner portion of the feed assembly.
Abstract: An indirector light fixture in combination with a leveling device which is utilized to position the light fixture at least one of a plurality of preselected angles. A method is also described for positioning the fixture at the at least one of the preselected angles.
