Abstract: A large automotive panel paint rack has a wheel-mounted base with an adjustable upright post and at least one platform having adjustable support members and hook members. It also has heat and paint-resistant protective rubber sleeves to keep critical adjustment threads free from over-spray. The large panel paint rack permits stationary support of a large part, especially a large automotive panel part for preparation work, repair and painting.
Abstract: A mobile paint rack having a base and an upright mounted on the base, the upright receiving at least a pair of clamp arms releasably received by a pair of support carriages, each carriage for releasably receiving a clamp arm at a distal end thereof, one at each end of each carriage. A swivel clamp is mounted on each clamp arm to a swivel ball, the swivel ball in turn is mounted to the proximal end of each clamp arm. The swivel clamp on the clamp arm may be positioned in an extremely wide variety of positions on the end of the clamp arm. Once the swivel clamp is positioned in a desired manner, it is screw locked into place. Additionally, the clamp arms themselves may be adjusted such that where two swivel clamps are needed to securely position an article for spray painting, two swivel clamps may be positioned as close as 1 inch together and as far apart as 36 inches.
Abstract: The present invention provides methods for identifying individuals not at risk for developing myotonic dystrophy type 2 (DM2), and individuals that have or at risk for developing DM2. The present invention also provides isolated polynucleotides that include a repeat tract within intron 1 of the zinc finger protein 9.

Abstract: This invention relates to a novel stack of siding, comprising: first and second coated siding pieces comprising an outer topcoat layer, an inner decorative coating layer and a fiberboard cement substrate layer; and a liner positioned between the first and second coated siding pieces. The siding, during normal transportation and installation, retains an acceptable appearance that is substantially free of viewable scratches or mars. In more preferred embodiments, the outer topcoat layer of the siding has a thickness of at least 8 microns and comprises a polyurethane dispersion. The present invention also provides novel methods of pre-finishing a fiberboard cement siding product, comprising the steps of: providing a fiberboard cement substrate layer; coating a first major surface of the fiberboard cement substrate with a decorative coating; coating the exposed surface of the decorative coating with a topcoat layer; and curing the topcoat layer to provide an abrasion resistant siding.

Abstract: The present invention provides metal-containing compounds that include at least one ?-diketiminate ligand, and methods of making and using the same. In certain embodiments, the metal-containing compounds include at least one ?-diketiminate ligand with at least one fluorine-containing organic group as a substituent. In other certain embodiments, the metal-containing compounds include at least one ?-diketiminate ligand with at least one aliphatic group as a substituent selected to have greater degrees of freedom than the corresponding substituent in the ?-diketiminate ligands of certain metal-containing compounds known in the art. The compounds can be used to deposit metal-containing layers using vapor deposition methods. Vapor deposition systems including the compounds are also provided. Sources for ?-diketiminate ligands are also provided.
Abstract: A method of forming (and an apparatus for forming) a metal oxide layer on a substrate, particularly a semiconductor substrate or substrate assembly, using a vapor deposition process and one or more precursor compounds that include aminosilane ligands.
Abstract: A method for forming a metal/metal oxide structure that includes forming metal oxide regions, e.g., ruthenium oxide regions, at grain boundaries of a metal layer, e.g., platinum. Preferably, the metal oxide regions are formed by diffusion of oxygen through grain boundaries of the metal layer, e.g., platinum, to oxidize a metal layer thereon, e.g., ruthenium layer. The structure is particularly advantageous for use in capacitor structures and memory devices, such as dynamic random access memory (DRAM) devices.
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for the determination of the patient-related risk of caries by determination of lactic acid and/or lactate in saliva and to a method for the location-specific determination of the patient-related risk of caries.

Abstract: A human Kunitz-type inhibitor polypeptide with enhanced antifibrinolytic activity, methods of making, and methods of use. The novel polypeptide is structurally similar to the KD1 domain of human tissue factor pathway inhibitor-2 (TFPI-2).
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing dentures by milling a workpiece. The inventive method is characterized in that in the event of a change in the load on the workpiece or on the milling tool, or on the workpiece and on the milling tool, determined before the milling begins and occurring during the milling, the relative speed between the milling tool and the workplace is varied without using a regulation technique.

Abstract: The invention provides a vaccine for immunizing poultry and other animals against infection by a gram-negative bacteria, and a method of immunizing an animal using the vaccine. The vaccine may contain purified siderophore receptor proteins derived from a single strain or species of gram-negative bacteria or other organism, which are cross-reactive with siderophores produced by two or more strains, species or genera of gram-negative bacteria. The invention further provides a process for isolating and purifying the siderophore receptor proteins, and for preparing a vaccine containing the proteins. Also provided is a method for diagnosing gram-negative sepsis.
