Abstract: Provided are nonvolatile memory devices and program methods thereof, an integrated circuit memory system includes a memory array comprising at least one magnetic track, each of the at least one magnetic track including a plurality of magnetic domains and at least one read/write unit coupled thereto, decoding circuitry coupled to the memory array that is operable to select at least one of the magnetic domains, a read/write controller coupled to the memory array that is operable to read data from at least one of the plurality of magnetic domains and to write data to at least one of the plurality of magnetic domains via the at least one read/write unit coupled to each of the at least one magnetic track, and a domain controller coupled to memory array that is operable to move data between the magnetic domains on each of the at least one magnetic track.

Abstract: A user can select a higher Quality of Service network connection that is at least partially subsidized by a sponsor. In response, an indicia of the sponsorship of the higher Quality of Service connection is provided to the user. The indicia of sponsorship can be provided as a result of a sponsored proactive search, wherein advertising and/or sponsored links may be repeatedly or continuously provided to the user based on analysis of the user's navigation of the network while using the higher Quality of Service connection. A sponsorship message (analogous to a “brought to you by” message in conventional radio or television programming) and/or a sponsored link also may be provided. Accordingly, higher Quality of Service network connections may be at least partially sponsored by third parties to provide revenue to the network provider that can at least partially subsidize the higher Quality of Service network connection.
Abstract: Methods of forming nonvolatile memory devices according to embodiments of the invention include techniques to form highly integrated vertical stacks of nonvolatile memory cells. These vertical stacks of memory cells can utilize dummy memory cells to compensate for process artifacts that would otherwise yield relatively poor functioning memory cell strings when relatively large numbers of memory cells are stacked vertically on a semiconductor substrate using a plurality of vertical sub-strings electrically connected in series.

The kit comprises a film unit supply assembly including a release liner and a multi-layer, self-adhesive film unit. The film unit further includes a second film layer secured to the first film layer on the release liner by a second adhesive layer. The second film layer is selectively removable from the first film layer by peeling the second film layer away from the first film layer. The first and second film layers are pre-configured to fit the window opening.

Abstract: The present invention presents a method for creating a relation between mobiles and a vehicle of a wireless communications network. The vehicle is equipped with an on-board device with wireless communication capability. The present invention also presents an on-board device and a road user server to be used in such wireless communications network. Mobiles in the vehicle are triggered to report their location to the network. When the vehicle reports its location an association between the vehicle and the mobiles having same location information is performed. The triggering signal is sent on control channels triggering all mobiles, including mobiles in idle mode. Profiles of mobile users in a vehicle, based on location information and mobile identities, are retrieved and stored in lists which are forwarded to fore example hospitals and fire departments when an accident occurs.
