    Abstract: Methods for the transport and hybridization of a nucleic acid on an electrode device by providing a low conductivity buffer with a reducing agent to the device. The low conductivity buffer may also contain a zwitterion. A current and voltage is applied to a location of the device to effect electrophoretic transportation of the nucleic acid towards the location. The nucleic acid is then hybridized to a nucleic probed located at the location. The reducing agent in the low conductivity buffer may also be acting as a chaotropic agent.

The polepieces provide a magnetic flux path to the electron beam tunnel from the magnets. More particularly, the interaction structure further includes plural cavities defined therein interconnected to provide a coupled cavity circuit.

Such a configuration also permits the use of instrumentation to install the device, including, for example, a hollow tube or sheath adapted to hold the collapsed screen and a push rod to expel the collapsed device out of the sheath for use in occluding the disc defect. A device may further include one or more anchors to assist in permanently affixing the device with respect to the defect.

The collar of the stent-graft absorbs pressure exerted on the stent-graft by fluid flow within the body lumen in order to minimize potential damage to the stent-graft, and may also include barbs to further secure the stent-graft to the body lumen.
