Invitees who accept such invitations may be associated with the inviting bookrunner, and upon being accepted as participants may be granted by the bookrunner access to various sets of communications, documents, and other information concerning the proposed loan.

    Abstract: A wireless breakage indicator for a shear pin having an axial bore. The indicator (10) comprises a stem (20) having a head (22) and a foot (24) at opposite ends thereof; a sleeve (32) around a portion of the stem between a first (28) and second (30) axial positions, the stem (20) and sleeve (32) adapted to be broken by the shear pin (12) in the event of its breakage; a spring (26) compressed between the head (22) of the stem (20) and a first end (34) of the sleeve (32); the foot (24) of the stem (20) being retained to the second end (36) of the sleeve (32). The breakage of the stem (20) frees the head (22) to be displaced by the spring (26) and indicate breakage of the shear pin (12). The indication can be direct, by visual inspection of the displaced head, or indirect by the displacement of the head activating a transmitter.

The tongue and groove are in mating engagement to join the right and left half shells forming the unitary monocoque frame.

    Abstract: The present invention relates generally to brush cutting heads, and more specifically, to protective guard members for cutting tooth assemblies mounted on brush cutting heads. A brush cutting head includes a support body having a first end, an opposed second end and an intermediate portion extending therebetween. The intermediate portion has an outer surface. A plurality of collars is mounted to the support body at spaced intervals along the intermediate portion with each collar extending outwardly from the outer surface. The brush cutting head further also has a plurality of cutting teeth assemblies carried on the outer surface of the support body. Each cutting tooth assembly is associated with at least one collar. Also provided is at least one guard member for protecting at least one cutting tooth of the plurality from impacts with hard objects. The at least one guard member is carried on one of the collars with at least a portion thereof projecting beyond the outermost edge of the one collar.
