  • Patent number: 6942938
Abstract: A system is used for cooling a fuel cell arrangement, particularly a fuel cell arrangement with a gas generating system in a motor vehicle. A coolant circuit for the system is connected to a cooler, a coolant delivery device, a fuel cell and at least another component to be cooled. The coolant circuit has at least two valve devices which are each assigned to the fuel cell and the at least another component to be cooled. By means of the valve devices, a flow rate of the coolant through the fuel cell or the another component to be cooled can be influenced as a function of the temperature in the region associated with the fuel cell or the another component.

  • Patent number: 6940269
Abstract: A speed meter unit has a magnetic pointer position detector, including an output coil, a detection coil and a magnetic piece. The output coil generates magnetic flux. The detection coil is for detecting the magnetic flux from the output coil. When a pointer has returned to an initial position, the magnetic flux generated in the output coil can reach the detection coil through the magnetic piece, so that a microcomputer can detect the initial position of the pointer. Such the magnetic pointer position detector is resistive to the soil or the oxidization, so that the speed meter unit can detect the initial position of the pointer accurately and securely.

  • Patent number: 6938889
Abstract: A shock absorbing and magnetic levitating cushion used as a supporting pedestal for an audio-video equipment, the cushion including a housing, two mutually excluded annular magnets, a magnetic conductive member and a cover. The housing has two annular magnets mutually excluded and opposite to each other, and has a magnetic conductive member filled with material of high specific weight. The housing is covered with a cover. According to the principle of mutual exclusion between two poles of two magnets of identical polarity, the two annular magnets undergo a magnetic-levitating phenomenon and are provided therebetween with a space for movement, and the magnetic levitating cushion gets an effect of shock isolation and shock absorbing.

  • Patent number: 6940348
Abstract: The circuit comprises a differential amplifier with two inputs and two outputs and a common mode regulation circuit. Between a regulation terminal of the amplifier and the outputs there are connected first and second capacitors and first and second capacitive elements that by controlled switches are connected in parallel with, respectively, the first and second capacitors or alternately between first and second reference voltage terminals. The common mode output voltage is not exactly fixed at the beginning of the design, but is determined by attributing appropriate values to the first and second capacitive elements; more particularly, their capacitances C3 and C4 are chosen in such a way as to satisfy the following equality: Vcmn=Vrefl+[(Vrefp?Vrefm)/2]*(C4?C3)/(C3+C4), where Vcmn is the desired common mode output voltage, Vrefp and Vrefm are the differential output voltages and Vrefl is the voltage of the second reference terminal.

  • Patent number: 6939114
Abstract: A dynamotor capable of operating as either a motor or a generator is used with both the armature portion and the field portion thereof capable of being rotated. In the case where a pulley operatively interlocked with the output shaft of the prime mover is mounted on the rotary shaft of the armature portion, the drive shaft of the compressor is mounted on the rotating field portion. Once the dynamotor is operated in motor mode, the rotational speed of the compressor is increased to the sum of the input rotational speed and the rotational speed of the dynamotor. The compressor is stopped by disconnecting a power feed circuit. When the input rotational speed is too high, the dynamotor is operated in generator mode. In this way, the rotational speed is reduced in accordance with the generated electric energy.
