  • Patent number: 7549811
Abstract: A forward direction-only path (first substrate transport path) is formed for transporting substrates in a forward direction to pass the substrates on to an exposing apparatus. A separate, substrate transport path (second substrate transport path) is formed exclusively for post-exposure bake (PEB). Substrate transport along each path is carried out independently of substrate transport along the other. A fourth main transport mechanism is interposed as a predetermined substrate transport mechanism between transfer points consisting of a buffer acting as a temporary storage module for temporarily storing the substrates and a post-exposure bake (PEB) unit corresponding to a predetermined treating unit. This arrangement forms the path for transporting the substrates between the buffer and the PEB unit, to allow PEB treatment of the substrates to be performed smoothly. Similarly, the substrates are transported smoothly to the buffer.

  • Patent number: 7550950
Abstract: A battery pack includes a first switching element which shuts off a discharging current flowing to a battery cell and a second switching element which shuts off a charging current. A positive temperature coefficient thermistor is inserted between a gate control terminal of a protective control circuit and a gate of at least one of the switching elements, and a resistor is connected between the gate and a source of the switching element. The positive temperature coefficient thermistor is thermally connected to one or more of the first and second switching elements and/or to the battery cell. Thus, an abnormally overheated state of one or more of the switching elements or the battery cell leads to an increase in the resistance of the positive temperature coefficient thermistor causing shut-off of the switching element thereby protecting the battery pack.

  • Patent number: 7551196
Abstract: A drive signal from an SSG drives a CCD through a delay circuit and the like. An imaging signal from the CCD is converted to a video signal in a CDS circuit, which is driven by a sample hold signal given through the delay circuit, and is converted to a video signal that can be displayed on a monitor through an A/D converter circuit, a video signal processing circuit and a digital encoder to be output. Here, by correcting phases of the imaging signal and the sample hold signal, length of a signal line is corrected. Also, since the delay circuit is constructed by being incorporated in a DSP for video signal processing, which includes a video signal processing circuit and the like, the construction is simplified. Thus, the number of parts is reduced, and it can be constructed inexpensively.

  • Patent number: 7547181
Abstract: A substrate W rotates about the center of rotations A0 of a spin base 3, while supported by plural support pins 5 in such a manner that the substrate W can freely slide and while held owing to the force of friction which develops between the bottom surface of the substrate W and the support pins 5. After a detection sensor 74 detects, while the substrate W rotates, an edge surface position (eccentric position) of the edge surface of the substrate which is the farthest from the center of rotations A0, a press block 71 pushes this edge surface position to a preset position P1 which is away along the horizontal direction from the center of rotations A0 by a distance which is determined in accordance with the radius of the substrate W. This aligns the eccentric position to the preset position P1 and positions the center W0 of the substrate within a predetermined range from the center of rotations A0.

  • Patent number: 7548118
Abstract: A semiconductor device 1 includes a plurality of amplifier circuits 2 connected in parallel between an input terminal RFin and an output terminal RFout. Each of the amplifier circuits 2 includes an HBT 3, an oscillation stabilizing circuit 4 connected between the input terminal RFin and a base B of the HBT 3, and a ballast resistor 5 connected between a bias terminal Bin and the base B of the HBT 3. • Patent number: 7548029
Abstract: An apparatus and method for determining the output current in a bridge-connected switched transistor output circuit including high-side and low-side transistor switches, typically MOSFETS. The voltage at a common node between the high and low side switches is sensed, and offset in a first circuit by a fixed amount so that the voltage is positive for all positive or negative output currents of interest. The output current is actually determined in a second circuit which receives the offset voltage signal only predetermined times in relation to the on-time of the low side switch. The first circuit includes a current reference source/level shifter and a current mirror circuit formed of a plurality of transistors in a particular circuit configuration. The second circuit is coupled to an output of the first circuit by a gated NMOS transistor at the desired times to provide the current measurement signal.
