The squeezing device includes a funnel-shaped squeezing shaft having a counterpressure surface in a lower region of the squeezing shaft. The squeezing shaft is configured to receive the wiper cover and at least a portion of the wiper plate in the vertical position of the wiper plate so that a squeezing pressure of the pressure surface against the counterpressure surface squeezes out the wiper cover. The squeezing shaft includes stabilizing devices configured to stabilize the wiper plate against tipping relative to a first plane from the vertical position. In addition a cleaning system including the squeezing device and a method of squeezing a wiping cover of a flat-body wiper with the squeezing device.

Abstract: A vehicle includes an ABS, which controls braking force on wheels, and a tire condition monitoring apparatus, which detects the internal air pressure of tires. The dynamic rolling radius of the tires is computed based on signals from rotation sensor units of the ABS. The weight of a load carried by the vehicle is computed based on the dynamic rolling radius of the tires and the internal air pressure of the tires detected by the tire condition monitoring apparatus. When computing the load weight, a load weight determination map, which previously sets the relationship among the internal air pressure of the tires, the dynamic rolling radius of the tires, and the weight of the load carried by the vehicle, is used.

Abstract: A system, which may be and/or may include a computer system, and method for identifying a fault patch position from a seismic data volume. The system and method may include defining an initial active surface in the seismic data volume; identifying one or more active surfaces by minimizing the value of a function for energy; tracking back the active surfaces to find a set of control points; and producing the fault patch position formed by the set of control points.
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide Dermal Micro-organs (DMOs), methods and apparatuses for producing the same. Some embodiments of the invention provide a DMO including a plurality of dermal components, which substantially retain the micro-architecture and three dimensional structure of the dermal tissue from which they are derived, having dimensions selected so as to allow passive diffusion of adequate nutrients and gases to cells of the DMO and diffusion of cellular waste out of the cells so as to minimize cellular toxicity and concomitant death due to insufficient nutrition and accumulation of waste in the DMO. Some embodiments of the invention provide methods and apparatuses for harvesting the DMO. An apparatus for harvesting the DMO may include, according to some exemplary embodiments, a support configuration to support a skin-related tissue structure from which the DMO is to be harvested, and a cutting tool able to separate the DMO from the skin-related tissue structure.
