    Abstract: The invention provides a dispense closure for a fluid receptacle. The closure includes a cap configured to engage the fluid receptacle threadably. The cap includes at least one aperture. The closure also includes a blister pack having at least one blister thereon. The blister contains an additive and is insertable through the aperture in the cap upon coupling the blister pack and cap. The closure further includes a retainer ring coupled to the cap. The retainer ring supports the blister pack in the cap and seals the cap and fluid receptacle together.

The floor of the upper portion includes a plurality of grooves in which the planar members travel, a microswitch arrangement for identifying which planar members are viewable, and a slot through which a driving member engages the planar members. The upper portion includes two or more lights for selectively illuminating the viewable planar members.

    Abstract: An amusement apparatus in association with a video program and a computer for various mechanical controls that are player-operable and responsive for card value and suit generation during the course of a card game. The method for playing a card game controlled by a processor includes a first region with a visual display on a card game machine for displaying a plurality of cards. There is a second region with a visual display on the card game machine for presenting a card selection display of card value and suit indicia. The game operates with the processor to draw cards that appear in the first region. Card selection input is received through the second region for display on the first region of the visual display. There is a player control interface for user selection input that effects the selection of cards at the second region.

The programmable medical device is used to administer a medical treatment to a patient, and the remote monitor/controller maybe used to monitor the operation of the medical device, control the operation of the medical device, and/or to transfer data from the medical device to the remote monitor/controller. The apparatus may allow voice communication between the remote monitor/controller and the patient who is receiving treatment via the medical device while the medical device is being monitored and/or controlled from the remote location. The remote monitor/controller may also include means for determining the type of medical device to which it is connected. The programmable medical device includes various types of sensors for generating patient medical condition data which is transmitted to the remote monitor/controller.
