Abstract: A geographic management system (GMS) comprises a web server, a database server, and a map server. A user browser connected to the GMS transmits a search criteria to the web server. The web server transmits the search criteria to the map server. The map server geocodes the search criteria, obtains network data and geospatial data from the database server corresponding to the geocode, and transmits the geocode, the network data, and the geospatial data to the web server. The web server transmits the geocode, the network data, and the geospatial data to the user browser. The network data and the geospatial data are displayed on the user browser as a map displaying network elements of a telecommunication network relative to other network elements, geographic elements, and customers.

  • Patent number: 7395233
Abstract: A method and system for financing the purchase of real property or refinancing real property utilizing a conditional fee simple deed. Under this method a conditional fee purchaser and a conditional remainder purchaser enter into a conditional fee agreement, delineating the rights and responsibilities of each party with regards to the purchase or refinance of a residential property. The agreement includes a determination date, at which time, the conditional remainder purchaser will either receive the entire fee simple interest in the property or will receive a lump sum payment from the conditional fee purchaser for the conditional remainder purchaser's interest in the real property. The conditional fee agreement includes a list of conditions under which the property will pass directly to the conditional remainder purchaser prior to the determination date.

  • Patent number: 7376492
Abstract: A carriage moves back and forth under a vehicle and three cameras or laser fixed along one axis pivot in a common plane, utilizing two cameras at time to locate a target fixed to a reference point on the undercarriage of the vehicle. Triangulation calculations, combined with the location of the cameras provide the location of the reference point in space in a three-dimensional coordinate system and compare that location with a stored designed location of the reference point prior to the crash, allowing the vehicle structure to be returned to its designed shape by other equipment.

  • Patent number: 7329515
Abstract: The present invention discloses novel methods and solid supports for the synthesis of 3?-amino oligonucleotides. The novel supports are based on an unsubstituted or ring-substituted hydroxymethylbenzoyl linker element wherein the hydroxymethyl group is esterified to a solid phase bound carboxylic acid and the carbonyl group is linked to an amino alcohol as an amide. Oligonucleotides are conveniently synthesized on the novel supports with no modifications in the standard phosphoramidite synthesis scheme. The ester function of the support is cleaved under the alkaline deprotection conditions for oligonucleotides to provide a free hydroxymethyl group that aids in the release of the 3?-amino oligonucleotide products with a free amino group through neighbor group participation. The free amino group of the oligonucleotides is available for further conjugation reactions to haptens, reporter groups, surfaces or other small molecules or biomolecules.
