  • Patent number: 6633471
Abstract: An overcurrent/leakage protection circuit installed in an electric socket or the like for over current/electric leakage protection, which includes a relay, a SCR (silicon controlled rectifier) which controls the relay, a trigger circuit which triggers the SCR, a constant current detector, and a micro current detection amplifier, wherein the relay has a common contact connected to a first power line, a normal close contact for power output of the first power line, and a normal open contact bridged to a second power line through an alarm lamp; the trigger circuit is driven to trigger the SCR upon detection of an overcurrent or short-circuit detected by the constant current detector or an electric leakage by the micro current detection amplifier, causing the normal close contact to be opened to cut off power supply from the load.

  • Patent number: 6627983
Abstract: A stacked package structure of an image sensor for electrically connecting to a printed circuit board includes a first substrate, a second substrate, an integrated circuit, an image sensing chip, and a transparent layer. The second substrate is mounted on the first substrate so as to a cavity formed between the first substrate and second substrate. The integrated circuit is located within the cavity and electrically connected the first substrate. The image-sensing chip is arranged on the second substrate. The transparent layer covers over the image sensing chip, wherein the image sensing chip receives image signals via the transparent layer and transforms the image signals into electrical signals transmitted to the first substrate. Thus, the image sensing chip of the image sensing product and the integrated circuit can be integrally package.

  • Patent number: 6623114
Abstract: The present invention is to provide a pair of glasses that may be adjusted automatically, including a main frame having two side leg seats each respectively formed with a slide slot into which a slide may extend. The slide is connected with a lens frame, and may displace in the slide slot of the main frame so as to drive the lens frame to move relative the main frame, thereby compensating the deflection of the center of the lens when a user bows his head for reading or writing such that the center of the lens after calibration is still located on a viewing line, and so that the user may have a clear near view.

  • Patent number: 6621119
Abstract: An isolated stack-gate flash cell structure comprises a gate region being formed between common-source/drain regions. The common-source/drain region comprises a pair of divided source/drain diffusion regions being isolated by an etched-back planarized field-oxide layer formed over a shallow trench in a semiconductor substrate and a pair of extended floating-gate spacers being formed over a portion of a pair of etched-back first sidewall dielectric spacers and the etched-back planarized field-oxide layer. The gate region comprises a major floating-gate being formed over a tunneling dielectric layer and integrated with nearby two extended floating-gate spacers to form an integrated floating-gate. A word line over an intergate dielectric layer is formed over the integrated floating-gate. The isolated stack-gate flash cell structure is used to form two contactless parallel divided source/drain diffusion bit-lines arrays.

  • Patent number: 6619104
Abstract: A continuous testing device for a water pipe, comprising a frame, a left fixed plate and a right fixed plate, a tested pipe section, a compensating pipe section, a central plate, two horizontal oil pressure cylinders, a vertical oil pressure cylinder, and a connecting tube. The left and right fixed plates provide fixed bases at left and right ends of the frame. The tested and compensating pipe sections are located between the left and right fixed plates. The tested pipe section is a tube body that allows monitoring. The compensating pipe section, separated from the tested pipe section by the central plate, has an inner space to be filled with liquid to exert a compensating axial force on the tested pipe section. The two horizontal oil pressure cylinders are respectively mounted next to upper and lower sides of the tested pipe section, exerting a horizontal force on the central plate. The vertical oil pressure cylinder is mounted below the central plate, exerting a vertical force on the central plate.

  • Patent number: 6608329
Abstract: The present invention of a purplish pink light emitting diode irradiates a purple light with a wavelength ranging from 405 to 430 nm of a LED chip of a light emitting diode onto a red fluorescent powder coated on the surface thereon such that the purple light excites the fluorescent powder to produce a red light with a wavelength about 650 nm. The mixture of the excited red light and the original purple light from the purple light emitting diode produces a purplish pink or pinkish red light emitting diode in a new color tone with extensive application. To use the neoteric and unique color (similar to the color of a Hello Kitty) as a backlight or for displaying or illumination on electronic merchandises, such as mobile phones, attracts the consumers of the young generation.

  • Patent number: 6598239
Abstract: A draining structure for diving mask includes a soft head cover fixedly connected to a rigid skirt framing a lens. The soft head cover includes a forward projected nose portion having a draining valve provided at a bottom thereof to be openable only in an outward direction. A draining guide is provided below the nose portion and has a hole formed directly below the draining valve to prevent water from sideward flushing open the draining valve when a diver jumps into water in a vertical position. An upward projected flange is provided at a rear end of the draining guide to guide air bubbles produced by the diver's expiration to two side outlets of the draining guide. The flange also reinforces the two side outlets and prevents them from deformation when the head cover is put on the diver's head and presses against the side outlets.

  • Patent number: 6593707
Abstract: Two high-pressure discharge lampbanks and transformers thereof are connected via a cross connection manner. The two lamp banks include the same number of high-pressure discharge lamps, and the transformers are in a number corresponding to that of lamps in each lamp bank. All the transformers have two outputs, namely, first and second outputs, at a secondary side thereof. First outputs of all the transformers are separately connected to the lamps in a first one of the two high-pressure discharge lamp banks while second outputs of all the transformers are separately connected to the lamps in a second one of the two high-pressure discharge lamp banks. Thereby, lamps in the same lamp bank are maintained at a voltage having the same phase and have a small potential difference among them to avoid interference noises.
