  • Patent number: 6531835
Abstract: A back lighting source module for a liquid crystal display comprises a pulse width modulation (PWM) controller for providing a pulse width signal to control output current of a lighting element. A half bridge converter includes two power transistors connected in series. An output is formed in a middle between the two power transistors. The output is controllable by the signal from the PWM controller to perform alternating opening and closing. A resonance circuit generates a sine-wave voltage to empower the lighting element. A feedback circuit includes a resistor. When a load varies, a voltage signal generated between two ends of the resistor of the feedback circuit timely changes a conductive time of the power transistors of the half bridge converter to complete regulation of current passing through the lighting element.

  • Patent number: 6523534
Abstract: An electric firing controller for a lacquer bullet gun, comprising a power circuit, a lighting circuit indicating power turned on, a closing circuit having a single triggering switch and a capacitor, and an electromagnetic control unit. By operating the single triggering switch, the electromagnetic control unit is connected with the capacitor, discharging the capacitor and causing the electromagnetic control unit to trigger firing of a single lacquer bullet. In an extension of the present invention, automatic firing of lacquer bullets is controlled by repeated charging and discharging of the capacitor, as controlled by a pulse generator and a relay. Thus precise firing of lacquer bullets with little physical effort is controlled in an inexpensive way.

  • Patent number: 6523649
Abstract: A synchronous braking system, comprising a seat, a gliding unit, two primary cables, a secondary cable, a driving element, and a blocking device. The gliding unit is mounted on the seat and, gliding thereon in a linear movement. The two primary cables have a far ends that drive the linear movement of the gliding unit. The secondary cable has two ends that are connected with two brakes. The driving element is mounted on the gliding unit, having a roll, with the secondary cable running over the roll and, when pulled aside by the driving element, driving the two brakes, while compensating nonuniform braking forces by a longitudinal movement. The blocking device is tightly fastened to the secondary cable, restricting the longitudinal movement of the secondary cable to a maximum displacement, so that, if one of the two ends of the secondary cable breaks, with an unbroken end remaining, the unbroken end will still exert a braking force.

  • Patent number: 6516921
Abstract: A manual brake release control structure having a linking member cooperates with an escape and protection mechanism for an elevator to protect an emergently braked elevator cab against inertial slip during brake release. By pulling an escape pulling cable outside the cab with a normal force, the braked cab is released to move and rotate a rotary shaft of a driving motor of the elevator. The rotary shaft in rotating causes a cam connected thereto to rotate and thereby reciprocates the linking member up and down that in turn causes an actuating arm and a flexible long member to repeatedly release and depress a braking device of the elevator, so that the cab is intermittently braked and released to move upward or downward at a reduced safety speed.

  • Patent number: 6510569
Abstract: The present invention “Double locks for the chassis of game-bed” includes two locks on the center of the chassis of game-bed. The edges of double locks are connected to the vertical stands of game-bed via several pillars. When the bars inside the second cylinders stretch out, the chassis is locked. So, the game-bed cannot be folded if kids carelessly try to fold it; and thus the kids are safe. When users pull the handle of double locks, the bar will be forced to contract. Then, user may fold the game-bed for storage, thereby save space. The present invention promotes safety for the game-bed, is easy to use, and is a highly practical device.
