    Abstract: A locking device is provided which is configured to mount to a frame having a locking bar receiving surface therein, which includes a housing for an enclosure with a door opening and a door and having a lock for locking the door to the enclosure about the door opening. A first bar is removably disposable within the locking bar receiving surface and when received therein the device is in a locked position and when removed therefrom is in an unlocked position. A second bar is at least partially movably disposed within the enclosure and is in a laterally spaced and parallel relation with respect to the first bar. Another bar interconnects the first bar and the second bar for providing that the bars move parallel to one another to and from the locked position to the unlocked position. Also, a second lock for locking the device to the frame is disposed within the enclosure having limited accessibility when the door is open.

A movable stop is disposed within another portion of the open receiving surface adjacent the insert and the bearing surface in a manner such that when the insert is caused to rotate in one direction relative to the bearing surface the stop is frictionally drawn into lodging engagement with the insert and bearing surface to preclude further rotation of the insert and fixably secure relative position between the insert and the bearing surface whereby the rotation of the threaded member is effected and when the insert is caused to rotate in an opposite direction, the stop is driven into a dislodged position.

The hitch guide mechanism includes a first member which connects to the first tongue and has a portion which extends generally vertically above the ball hitch. A second member connects to the second tongue and has a portion which extends generally vertically above the ball hitch socket. The first and second members can include separably removable sleeves. The portions extend a sufficient height when the members are so connected as to be rearwardly viewable when seated in the vehicle.

    Abstract: A gardening applicator for efficiently delivering liquid chemicals to selected vegetation is disclosed. The applicator includes a wind guard chamber through which a stream of emitted liquid chemicals may be directed in a predetermined path along a central axis of the wind guard chamber. The wind guard chamber is preferably tube shaped over a predetermined length and can incorporate a diffuser screen or mesh which extends transversely across the predetermined path at the exit end of the wind guard chamber such that the liquid chemicals are finely dispersed upon passing through the diffuser screen. Actuation of a pressure activated pump head may provide a pressurized stream of liquid chemicals through the wind guard chamber and onto the diffuser screen where it is dispersed in a uniform circular pattern onto selected vegetation. The pressure activated pump head may conveniently be connectable to a liquid chemical reservoir such as a generally commercially available bottle with a standard sized threaded opening.
