  • Patent number: 8169429
Abstract: The object of the present invention is reducing power consumption of a driving power supply circuit. In the case where the driving voltage Vi is higher than the reference voltage ViH, The signal S3P, S3N of the differential amplifier 30P, 30N become level “L” concurrently, and the signal S4P, S4N of the output circuit 40P, 40N become level “H”. Subsequently, the NMOS 62 becomes on-state and decreases the driving voltage Vi of the node N6. At the above stage, the control signal CP becomes level “L”, then the operation of the constant current circuit 20P is halted.

  • Patent number: 8169444
Abstract: A bit block transfer (Bitblt) circuit includes a read register, a write register, a bit shifting circuit and an overflowing register. The read register stores decomposition data including original data. The bit shifting circuit shifts the decomposition data in the read register to the write register and shifts bits of the decomposition data in the write register such that an initial bit of the original data of the decomposition data is situated apart from an initial address of the write register by a bit-shifting amount. The overflowing register coupled to the write register stores overflowing data of the original data overflowing from a memory length of the write register when the bits of the decomposition data in the write register are being shifted. The write register outputs and writes the decomposition data therein to a memory cell of a first memory.

  • Patent number: 8167101
Abstract: A shock absorber comprises a first passage (2a, 2b) and a second passage (15) connecting a first fluid chamber (41) and a second fluid chamber (42). A throttle (12, 14) narrows an inflow of fluid to the first passage (2a, 2b) according to an applied displacement pressure. The displacement pressure includes a fluid pressure in one of the two fluid chambers (41, 42) and a pressure that depends on a velocity of the fluid flow through the throttle (12, 14). A spring (25, 29) biases the throttle (12, 14) in the opposite direction to narrow the fluid flow. The second passage (15) comprises a pair of orifices (16a, 17a). By exerting a pressure between the pair of orifices (16a, 17a) on the throttle (12, 14) in the opposite direction to narrow the fluid flow, the spring load required of the spring (25, 29) is reduced.
