    Abstract: Apparatuses and methods for increasing well distributed, high quality-factor on-chip capacitance of integrated circuit devices are disclosed. In one aspect, an integrated circuit device structure includes a first metal line implemented on a metallization layer of a semiconductor substrate, the first metal line having a first set of metal fingers extending therefrom; and a second metal line electrically isolated from the first metal line, the second metal line having a second set of metal fingers extending therefrom, the first set of metal fingers and the second set of metal fingers capacitively coupled. The basic structure of metal lines with interlocking metal fingers may be repeated on multiple adjacent metallization layers, with the metal lines oriented either in parallel or perpendicular.

The pad driver circuit may include a PMOS component.

The NMOS capacitor includes an N+ coupling region located in the P-well, and an NMOS gate-oxide. The memory cell further includes a floating gate comprised of a poly-silicon gate overlying the PMOS transistor and the NMOS capacitor.

The meta-data identifier may be generated by a client application that is agnostic of a type of media player application compatible with the media data. The new mark-up language file may include an arrangement of the existing media-collection data of the certain items associated with the media data of the client device. A compatibility rating may be determined between the users based on the similar attributes between the arrangement and the other arrangements and enabling each user of the server device to view mark-up language files of the other users.

A reference capacitor may adjust the measurement of the applied force based on one or more environmental conditions.

The design also applies to splicing fibers to pre-polished optical connectors through a built-in model of this innovative mechanical splicer. Applying the Soddy circles formula and using a bin approach assists in deriving the exact rod sizes needed and sleeve bore size to accommodate the three-rod bundle, so that this apparatus can be properly designed to guide any size of light guide fibers and studs with minimum clearance. Rods of varying diameters are sorted into bins and chosen based upon the aperture desired, thus eliminating the need for tight tolerance of the diameters of the three rods. This unique design allows for construction of a precision virtual hole of very long depth, which enables two optical fiber studs to butt against each other with a core to core misalignment of less than 1 um for single mode fiber optics cables.
