Abstract: A balloon holder for helium and air-filled balloons comprises: a base with adequate mass to hold down at least one helium balloon; a housing surrounding the base; a loop member comprised of a sunken portion submerged inside the base and a loop above the base wherein the loop fastens to a line attached to a helium balloon; and a stem comprised of a lower end submerged inside the base and a top end above the base wherein the top end is adapted to receive a balloon cup attached to an air-filled balloon. The loop member may be comprised of a metal wire, and the loop may secure one or multiple helium balloons. The balloon holder may also include a platform on top of the base that includes a central aperture through which the stem passes through and at least one additional aperture through which the loop member passes through.

Abstract: A golf putting device that comprises: (a) a rotating head that includes a retractable line, a clip that attaches the retractable line to a golf club, and a first connecting member; and (b) a base that can be inserted in a golf hole and includes a second connecting member located on top of the base. The rotating head is attached to the base by engaging the first connecting member onto the second connecting member, and the rotating head rotates on the second connecting member. In embodiments for off-hole use, the golf putting device may further include a plurality of removable legs attached to the base. The rotating head may also include a housing which encloses the retractable line. This housing includes an aperture through which the retractable line passes through. The retractable line is wrapped around a spool that includes a spring wound on an arbor.

Abstract: Disclosed is modified roulette game wherein a plurality of values are selected and analyzed during each round of play. A set of predetermined playing cards is used to determine values that determine the outcome of bets. The gaming method includes: dealing a plurality of community cards from a predetermined set of cards and using a predetermined community card (e.g., last card dealt) to determine the result of all roulette-type bets. The player may also make optional side bets based on the outcome of two or more of the community cards dealt (e.g., that the community cards will form a winning poker combination (poker-type bet) or that the first and last community cards dealt will be jokers (Wild Viking bet)). A gaming layout is also disclosed and includes a plurality of betting positions that correspond to the predetermined set of cards, the poker type bets, and other types of possible bets.
