FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a balloon holder for helium and air-filled balloons showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a perspective view thereof, the broken lines showing an air-filled balloon for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view thereof, the broken lines showing helium balloons for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design; and,

FIG. 7 is a perspective view thereof, the broken lines showing air-filled and helium balloons for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design.
