  • Patent number: 7669051
Abstract: The method, program and information processing system secures data, and particularly security sensitive words, characters or data objects in the data, in a computer system with multiple independent levels of security (MILS). Each level of MILS has a computer sub-network with networked workstations. The MILS sub-networks are connected together via security guard computer(s) and each guard computer has separate memories for each level (TS, S, C, UC (or remainder)). The method extracts the security sensitive words/data (a granular action), from the source document for each MILS level, stores the extracted data in a corresponding extract store for each level and permits reconstruction/reassembly of the dispersed data via said extracted data at each said level of said multiple security levels and remainder data only in the presence of a predetermined security clearance commensurate with each MILS level.

  • Patent number: 7644032
Abstract: The adaptive computerized bidding method matches hospitality facility (HF) data and meeting requirement data, permits the posting of offers and responsive bidding by both HF vendors and meeting planners (MPs), analysis of the initial search results by an MP supervisor (an adaptive input), analysis of the vendor search results by a vendor promoter (adaptive output) and facilitates the exchange of data by the posting MP and the selected HF vendors. MP requirement or request for quote RFQ data (at least MP contact data, facilities requirements, date range and price) is matched to HF hotel data (at least vendor contact data, location, room quantity, date range, and meeting room data), and after adaptive and output analysis and supplemental communications to supervisors, and the system sends MP RFQ data to matching vendors after processing by the adaptive filters. Vendors respond to the MP RFQ.

  • Patent number: 7641429
Abstract: The locking nut and bolt system utilizes a bolt with thread having a plurality of notches generally longitudinally spaced in a predetermined pattern. Each notch has a lock face and an opposing slope. The locking unit carries one or more tines. The tine has a distal tine end adapted to latch onto the lock face of the notch on the bolt and, when the distal tine end is not disposed in one or more notches, the tine end moves on the bolt thread crest. When the distal tine end is in the notch or notches, the lock face of the notch prevents counter-rotational movement of the bolt with respect to the nut when the distal tine end abuts the lock face. The locking unit supports the tine and may be cylindrical, rectangular or on a perpendicular support face normal to a radial plane through the axial centerline of the nut thread. The locking unit may be on a nut insert or may be carried on the leg of a U, J or S-shaped clip. The locking unit may be recessed as a blind hole.

  • Patent number: 7552482
Abstract: The method for securing data on a personal computer having security sensitive content grouped into security levels, each with a clearance code, includes filtering and extracting sensitive content by security level and separately storing the security content in remote extract stores. Remainder data is stored locally or remotely. A map for selected extract stores may be generated. The filter and/or map may be destroyed or stored. The data input, extracted data and remainder data may be deleted from the originating computer. Encryption may be utilized to enhance security (including transfers of data, filter and map). Reconstruction of the data is permitted only in the presence of a predetermined security clearance. Full or partial reconstruction is possible, based upon the security clearances. A computer readable medium containing programming instructions and an information processing system is encompassed.

  • Patent number: 7546334
Abstract: A method, program and information processing system filters and secures data (security sensitive words-characters-data objects) in a source document. The adaptive filter uses a compilation of additional data (typically networked) and identifies the sensitive words/objects in the compilation of additional data, and retrieves contextual, semiotic and taxonomic words/objects from the compilation related to the sensitive words/objects. The resulting compiled filter is used to extract sensitive words/objects and retrieved data (words/objects) from the source document to obtain extracted data and remainder data therefrom. Contextual words, related to the security sensitive words/objects, are based upon statistical analysis of the additional data compilation. Semiotic words related words are synonyms, antonyms, and pseudonyms, syntactics relative to the target words and retrieved words, and pragmatics relative to the sensitive words and retrieved words.

  • Patent number: 7534306
Abstract: The steam humidifier fed with a premix of natural gas and forced air under low pressure (less than 1 psi) includes a main frame, a movable lower frame, a two part evaporation canister, releasably sealed, for water, an immersible combustion chamber retaining a radiant gas burner and a heat exchanger coupled downstream thereto. The heat exchanger is a coil with an upstream end coupled to the combustion chamber and a downstream end mounted through the upper part of the canister. Maintenance is enhanced by having the lower part of the evaporation tank or canister move downwardly to expose the combustion chamber and the heat exchanger coils. The coils are subject to thermal shock or relatively rapid thermal expansion and contraction which causes scale, adhered thereon, to be released and broken off. A high degree of control and modulation is achieved because the radiant burner is configured for modulated operation from a blue flame mode through a radiant mode.

  • Patent number: 7530944
Abstract: The erogenic stimulator includes a first resilient end region (phallic) extending from a base and a second resilient bulbous end region extending therefrom. The bulbous end is connected via a reduced diameter neck to the base. The base and first and second ends form a truncated substantially U-shaped stimulator. A concave suction element is formed on the base in the curved portion of the U-shape. A passageway may be included from the concave suction element through the base into which may be inserted either a plug or a vibratory element. The plug/vibratory element closes the base end of the passageway thereby permitting expansion and contraction of the passageway dependent upon a predetermined condition at the suction opening of the passageway. If the suction element contacts the skin or an erogenous region and blocks the passageway, the rocking stimulator suctions and evacuates, alternatively, air through the suction opening of the passageway.

  • Patent number: 7517459
Abstract: The waterborne vessel, in one embodiment, utilizes an underwater tunnel through which passes flowing water, an ozone gas generator, an ozone plus hydroxyl radical gas generator and a source of atmospheric oxygen. A manifold mixer mixes pressurized water independently with the ozone, the ozone plus hydroxyl radical gas and the atmospheric oxygen to produce corresponding oxygenated water mixtures. Each of these oxygenated water mixtures are fed via a conduit system into the confined flow of water passing through the tunnel. A diversion channel with reverse flow channel permits super saturation of diverted flow from the primary underwater tunnel channel to provide super saturated oxygenated water with ozone plus hydroxyl radical gases and atmospheric oxygen water mixtures. A decontamination method is also provided.

  • Patent number: 7476195
Abstract: An implantable apparatus and a method for controlling fluid flow within a host body, for example for use as an incontinence device. A constricting member is provided for reducing fluid flow within a body canal when in a closed position, and for allowing fluid flow within the body canal when in an open position. In addition, there is a control mechanism for controlling movement of the constricting member between said open and closed positions. A link member links the constricting member and the control mechanism such that the constricting member and the control mechanism are implantable in different parts of the host body. A coupling for selectively transmitting axial movement to the link member may be provided between the link member and the control mechanism so that the constricting member cannot apply a damaging amount of force to the body canal.
