Abstract: A device for manufacturing brake pads includes a base board with three flanges extending from the upper side thereof and each of the flanges has a plurality of notches defined in the sides thereof, a first mold and a second mold respectively received in the first recess defined between the first and the second flange, and the second recess defined between the second and the third flange, and cover mold mounted to the first and the second mold. The first mold has a plurality of slots and the second mold has a plurality of concavities, which are respectively located in alignment with the slots. The cover mold has a plurality of elongated recesses which communicate with the aligned slots, the concavities and the notches so that the brake pads are formed between the base board, the two molds and the cover mold.

Abstract: A brake caliper assembly includes a brake caliper pivotally mounted to a shaft extending from the front fork of a bicycle, a cam member fixedly received in the frame portion of the caliper and fixedly mounted to the shaft. A pushing member is pivotally received in the frame portion with the lower end engaged with the cam member. A supporting member is biasedly connected to the brake caliper and the brake pad is fixedly connected to the supporting member. The rear side of the supporting member contacts the upper end of the pushing member. A bolt threadedly extends through the bottom of the frame portion so as to contact the cam member so that when rotating the bolt the caliper is pivoted about the shaft and the supporting member is pushed and pivoted by the pushing member which is pivoted by the cam member.

Abstract: The invention describes a decorative board associated with Christmas light bulb series, especially a combination of decorative boards with light bulbs having an enhanced decorative aesthetic visual effect. The decorative board according to the invention can have any proper shape or design. Arranged on the back of the decorative board are a plurality of fastening mechanisms that can easily connect with sockets of a light bulb series. With rays of light bulbs passing through the transparent decorative board, the decorative board produces a light diffusion effect and achieves decorative objects.

Abstract: A radially reciprocating cleaning device for compact disc, including: a lower casing in which a retaining wheel is rotatably disposed, a circumference of the retaining wheel being formed with a gear section: an upper casing one end of which is pivotally connected with the lower casing for snugly mating the upper casing with the lower casing; and a cleaning mechanism including a slide board slidably disposed on a bottom of the upper casing and connected with at least one wiping member positioned on a compact disc rested on the retaining wheel. The cleaning mechanism further includes a rotary tray rotatably mounted on the upper casing for driving a cam disc to rotate. A driving post of the cam disc is slidably fitted in a longitudinal guide slot of the slide board, whereby when the upper and lower casings are mated with each other, a driving gear projecting from bottom end of the cam disc drivingly meshes with the gear section of the retaining wheel.

Abstract: An automatic safety infusion catheter needle including: a trifurcate connector having a first and a second connecting sections coaxially aligned with each other and a third connecting section serially connected with an infusion catheter; an infusion soft needle inserted on the first connecting section of the trifurcate connector; and a steel needle device including a steel needle body and a protective sleeve. A base seat of a bottom end of the steel needle body is normally resiliently and slidably latched in the protective sleeve. A top section of the protective sleeve is snugly fitted with the second connecting section of the trifurcate connector. A needle holder upward projects from the base seat of the steel needle body. A steel needle is coaxially inserted with the needle holer. The steel needle is passed through the top end of the protective sleeve and coaxially fitted in the soft needle. The needle holder is formed with guide hole for guiding a liquid medicine to smoothly flow out.

Abstract: A torque wrench includes a tubular body having a head portion pivotally connected thereto and a cap movably connected thereto opposite to the head portion. The head portion has a concave end from which a tongue extends. Two first springs respectively extend in opposite from an inner periphery of the body and contact a neck of the head portion. A mediated member is movably received in the body and has a stub and a rod respectively extending from two ends thereof. A second spring is mounted to the rod and urged between the cap and the mediated member, the stub having a sphere end movably received in the concave end of the neck, a shoulder portion defined on the mediated member and surrounding the stub. The tongue is movable between a first position where the tongue contacts an outer periphery of the mediated member, and a second position where the tongue contacts against the shoulder portion.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a dissipating device that uses a high-efficiency radiator for natural convection heat dissipation for a CPU (central processing unit) or an IC (integrated circuit) die with low cost. The radiator is formed by screen plates punched to form many tilted rhombus cells constructed by many wave-shaped mesh wires having a flat rectangular cross-section. The screen plates are made of good heat-conductive metal material. A plurality of the screen plates are overlapped in various orientations so that the heat dissipating effect can be improved, radiating heat through natural convection.

A pin is received in the transverse hole of the deadbolt and includes a first end and a second end. The pin is movable between a first position where the first end of the pin is received in the first recess or the second recess to prevent from relative axial movement between the bolt extension and the deadbolt and a second position where the first end of the pin is not received in the recesses to allow relative axial movement between the bolt extension and the deadbolt.

Installed at the upper extent of the support rods is a relief bar capable of the upward and downward movement that facilitates the clinching and conveyance of the unusually shaped objects. Since the steel clamp bars on the support rods are arrayed in a close configuration, the clinching range of the array is sufficient to accommodate a number of working objects and thereby enable the steel clamp bars to positively hold objects for conveyance.

Abstract: A tool box includes an upper frame with a transparent cover mounted thereto and a lower frame with a base member connected to the bottom thereof, a first recess defined in one of the sides of upper frame which is defined by two end walls so that a locking device is movably received in the first recess. The locking device has a flexible plate extending therefrom and a hook extending form the bottom thereof. A second recess is defined in the top surface of the lower frame and a slot defined through the top surface so that the hook is movably engaged with the slot. The flexible plate is urged against to the second end wall when the locking device is shifted to open the cover and will return to its original position by the flexible plate.
