That is, the context switch method includes: maintaining a multiple register files; establishing the multiple register to be in any one of a prefetch state, a current state, and a store state; converting a state of the multiple register files to be in any one of the prefetch state, the current state, and the store state when a context switch occurs; wherein, in the prefetch state, determining a memory address to read a next task context to be subsequently performed by the register file, in the current state, performing a task with the task context of the register file and in the store state, storing the register file in a memory.

    Abstract: A semiconductor device that improves the heat cycle resistance and power cycle resistance of a power module. An electrode member in which copper posts are formed in a plurality of perforations cut in a support made of a ceramic material is soldered onto a side of an IGBT where an emitter electrode is formed. By soldering the copper posts onto the electrode, heat generated in the IGBT is transferred to the electrode member and is radiated. In addition, even if a material of which the IGBT is made and copper differ in thermal expansivity, stress on a soldered interface is reduced and distortion is reduced. This suppresses the appearance of a crack. As a result, the heat cycle resistance and power cycle resistance of a power module can be improved.

At least one optical strain sensor is non-positively connected to each diaphragm. In a method using the pressure measurement device, the wind force is determined at wind energy installations by an evaluation unit which determines a comparison value indicating the difference between the pressure at the side of the outer shell facing the wind and the pressure at the side of the outer shell averted from the wind. A measured value for the wind force acting on the rotor blade is determined from the comparison value. The method can be used for optimized operation and/or protection of wind energy installations.
