Abstract: The invention concerns a special process and a device for the form cutting and form turning of work pieces. It is proposed, for a processing of this type for the purpose of production of unround geometries of this type as well as also work pieces as also the machining tool to rotate with a precisely defined opposingly radially spacing, preferably in the like direction of rotation, and thereby the number of rotations of the two rotating components with a determined like rotation number relationship so to correspond with respect to each other, that a simple cutter of the machining tool during its orbit about 360.degree. comes into contact with the work piece to be machined only in a partial sector of an "active" sector. Thereby it is so controlled according to the invention within this machining sector and forcibly guided by means of a curve disk in a radial plane, that out of the relative movement to the rotating work piece the geometry to be machined is produced.

Abstract: A single piece container closure and eating utensil wherein a container closure and an eating utensil of relatively conventional design are joined by a thin living hinge, such that the eating utensil can be easily folded under the container closure and be retained enclosed between the container closure and the covered container containing the food product prior to use. The container closure/eating utensil assembly can be fitted to standard commercial containers, the eating utensil is protected against contaminants prior to use, and the eating utensil is immediately available for use in a clean and sanitary condition as the consumer opens the container.

Abstract: The described compounds of the general formula A, in which the wavy lines mean .alpha. and .beta. configuration and R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 mean hydrogen, methyl or ethyl groups ##STR1## are new and useful as odorants or components or mixtures of odorants or perfume oils. Their production in a method known per se, involves oxidation of isolongifolene obtained from longifolene to isolongifolane, which is then equilibrated with base extraction and/or reduced to isolongifolan-3-ol and this is then reacted with a symmetric acetal of the formula R.sub.2 --OCHR.sub.1 --O--R.sub.2, in which R.sub.1 is hydrogen or methyl and R.sub.2 is methyl, ethyl or propyl.

Abstract: A conventional gear mechanism for employment in, e.g., an accumulator driven electric bore machine or electric drill, is provided with an overload coupling provided with a light-weight plastic annular gear and a separate metal cam disk or guard plate which protects the plastic annular gear from the abrasive or damaging forces occurring at the time of the torque limiting produced by the slipping of the torque overload coupling. In the present invention the plastic annular gear and guard plate are formed as a single component, namely, a plastic annular gear with an integral wear resistant cam disk, the annular gear and cam disk formed as unit of an injection molded plastic, wherein the face side of the annular gear is layered with a wear resistant material.

Abstract: An inflatable floating chair comprising a floatation means for providing support, a seat, and an adjustable seat support means for supporting said seat at various positions relative to said floatation means whereby the inflatable floating chair accommodates bathers of various sizes and serves to support a barber's head and shoulders above the water surface.

Abstract: A shirt cuff pressing assembly comprising an upper and lower cuff chest. The cuff chests have a forwardly protruding pressing surface defined by a protruding portion and a cut-out portion in which the cuff and pleated portion of a shirt sleeve may lay flat. The cut-out portion provides relief for the unpleated portion of a sleeve so that it is not pressed and the protruding portion allows the pleated portion of the sleeve to be pressed upon closure of the upper and lower cuff chests.

Abstract: Game including game pieces (34, 34') which can be slid over a flat upper surface of a fixed, perpendicular, triangular or polygonal substrate and including at least one game pistol moveably seatable upon the substrate (30) for selective displacement or shooting of the game pieces (34, 34') over the substrate using a strike piece (58) which is operable through a spring loaded pressure fork (42). In addition, goal like capturing basins (49) and goal devices (84) as well as glide paths (100) and capturing devices (110, 112, 116) for the game pieces can be provided.

Abstract: A process of making a filled bagel dough product and the product formed thereby. One process comprises the steps of mixing and kneading a quantity of bagel dough, including yeast; sealing a filler such as cream cheese within a bagel dough shell; proofing the product, steaming the product, and browning the product, with the product optionally being frozen after either of the steaming or browning steps. The process is preferably used to produce a novel relatively large (half pound) platelet shaped filled bagel dough product, preferably with toppings.

Abstract: A process of making a filled bagel dough product and the product formed thereby. One process comprises the steps of mixing and kneading a quantity of bagel dough, including yeast; sealing a filler such as cream cheese within a bagel dough shell; pressing against the product to deform the product, either with or without penetration of the bagel dough shell, to thereby form the product into a semi-toroid, toroid, or platelet shape; proofing the product; optionally freezing the proofed product; boiling the frozen product, and browning the boiled product. Thereafter the product may be consumed or refrozen. The process is preferably used to produce a novel relatively large (half pound) platelet shaped filled bagel dough product with a distinctive New York bagel dough taste, with a fresh tasting cream cheese filler included inside the shell, and with toppings optionally provided on the upper surface.
