Abstract: Method and apparatus for processing satellite signals from a first satellite navigation system and a second satellite navigation system is described. In one example, at least one first pseudorange between a satellite signal receiver and at least one satellite of the first satellite navigation system is measured. At least one second pseudorange between the satellite signal receiver and at least one satellite of the second satellite navigation system is measured. A difference between a first time reference frame of the first satellite navigation system and a second time reference frame of the second satellite navigation system is obtained. The at least one first pseudorange and the at least one second pseudorange are combined using the difference in time references.

Abstract: The invention relates to azetidinyl, pyrrolidinyl, piperidinyl, and hexahydroazepinyl compounds of Formula I and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, prodrugs, or solvates thereof, wherein R1-R3 and Z are defined as set forth in the specification. The invention is also directed to the use compounds of Formula I to treat, prevent or ameliorate a disorder responsive to the blockade of calcium channels, and particularly N-type calcium channels. Compounds of the present invention are especially useful for treating pain.

Abstract: An animation file player can display animation files with an embedded system graphics application programming interface (graphics API). In an example implementation, an animation file comprises a Flash® animation file such as, a Shockwave Flash® animation file, and the embedded system graphics API comprises an OpenGL®|ES graphics API. The present invention is not intended to be so limited, and other types of animation files and embedded system graphics APIs can be used.

Abstract: A container application is a native application that allows a web based application to access a computer's system resources and windowing system. Web based applications are downloaded from application servers and run inside container applications. A web based application can alter or control many, or all, aspects of the container application's content area and meta user interfaces (UIs). Access to printer settings, display settings, and printer meta UIs provides a web based application with the capability to lay out or format printed documents. The newly provided capabilities include WYSIWYG capabilities.

Abstract: In an embodiment, a stage system calibration method includes moving the stage relative to an encoder grid in response to a setpoint signal and measuring a position of the stage by a sensor head cooperating with the encoder grid. The position of the stage is controlled by a stage controller. A signal representative of a difference between the setpoint signal and the position of the stage as measured by the sensor head is registered. The stage system is calibrated from the registered signal representative of the difference.

Abstract: A method, computer program product, and system are provided to update geographic location information for an electronic device. The method can include transmitting the geographic location information for the electronic device to a server device at a first time interval. A determination can be made regarding whether the electronic device is in communication with a third-party device. If the electronic device is in communication with the third-party device, then updated geographic location information for the electronic device is transmitted to the server device at a second time interval, where the second time interval is shorter than the first time interval.

Abstract: A lithographic apparatus includes an illumination system configured to condition a radiation beam, a support for a patterning device, a substrate table for a substrate, a projection system, and a control system. The patterning device is capable of imparting the radiation beam with a pattern in its cross-section to form a patterned radiation beam. The projection system is configured to project the patterned radiation beam as an image onto a target portion of the substrate along a scan path. The scan path is defined by a trajectory in a scanning direction of an exposure field of the lithographic apparatus. The control system is coupled to the support, the substrate table and the projection system for controlling an action of the support, the substrate table and the projection system, respectively. The control system is configured to correct a local distortion of the image in a region along the scan path by a temporal adjustment of the image in that region.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a cell line derived from the cambium of an herbaceous plant having a storage root and a method for isolating the same. More specifically, relates to a cambium-derived homogeneous cell line having the ability to divide, which is obtained from the cambium-containing storage tissue of an herbaceous plant having a storage root without a separate dedifferentiation process, and to a method for isolating the same. The cell line derived from the cambium of an herbaceous plant having a storage root has active division ability and is homogeneous. Also, it is stable during culture, because it has not undergone a dedifferentiation process. Thus, through the optimization of proliferation thereof, the cell line can be allowed to proliferate in a large amount within a short time.
