  • Patent number: 6699006
Abstract: A method to improve the stacking of containers comprising thermoplastic plastic, and the transfer of the stacks to a successive device. Stacks of a predetermined number are intended to be produced without disturbances, even with a high cycle number of the shaping tool. This is achieved in that the containers are stacked in a first stack magazine, which is exchanged for an adjacent stack magazine between two cycles of the shaping tool after the predetermined number has been reached. The containers are stacked in the stack magazines directly from the shaping tool, or by an intermediate transfer device.

  • Patent number: 6695381
Abstract: A windup window shade is provided with windup window shade means which, in the extracted state, make possible different degrees of opacity at the window. To this end, the two window shade web can either be wound on separate windup shafts and spread out in the same direction from the same starting point, or the two window shade webs have been connected with each other and, after having been extended, are moved in the manner of a film in front of the window. Two windup shafts are employed in both cases, wherein in the one case the two windup shafts are located directly next to each other, while in the other case the windup shafts are separated from each other during the extension of the shade.

  • Patent number: 6692212
Abstract: The transfer of stacks comprising molded plastic containers from stacking magazines into downstream devices in terms of susceptibility to disturbances, with the molding apparatus having a large number of cycles is improved. The method requires simple format parts, and permit a rapid format change when the apparatus is converted to a different container format. This is achieved be stack cages comprising stacking-magazine rows that can be displaced perpendicular to the stacking direction and removed from the other stacking-magazine rows. They are guided to a removal station, unloaded and placed onto the stacking-magazine rows remaining on the other side in the stacking station.

  • Patent number: 6674531
Abstract: With interferometric test systems, the test object is frequently measured over several sections in order to realize a complete test. If special structural features are found, in particular defects, it is usually difficult to localize the structural features shown on the result images on the object. It is the object of the present method to transfer the interferometrically measured data from the various sections to a joint object coordinate system. To achieve this object, the shape of the object is measured and the spatial coordinates for the deformation data on the object surface are determined from this measured. Thus, a method is realized which permits determining the exact spatial orientation and position of the discovered structural features on the object. On the one hand, the defects on the object can thus be localized precisely while, on the other hand, an exact quantitative evaluation of the results is possible.
