Abstract: Key covers for individual keys of a computer keyboard. Each key cover has a colored background and a fluorescent letter corresponding to the letter key to which it is affixed. Each cover is the same size as the key it covers but the letter on each key is larger than the corresponding letter on the computer key. Each key cover is removably attached to the key by adhesive means.
Abstract: An assembly for removably and adjustably attaching sunglasses to a cap. The assembly includes a flat base which attaches to a cap, a pair of sunglass lenses, and a hinging device connecting the lenses to the base. The assembly allows the lenses to be flipped up under the bill of the cap, to be flipped down for use, or to be adjusted to any intermediate position.
Abstract: A pre-conditioned air adapter chute to connect an aircraft to a pre-conditioned air unit on the ground. The adapter is a type which can be attached to the aircraft by pushing up on the adapter's handles to cause the safety latches to engage the aircraft, and can be removed from the aircraft by pulling down on the handles.
Abstract: A programmable signal light which can be used as a flashlight, an alarm light, a signal light, or a lantern. The light has a battery, a circuit board, a three-position switch, and a thumbwheel which can be set for any period up to ninety-nine hours. The light remains off until the predetermined number of hours has elapsed, then turns on.
Abstract: A device for measuring and cutting sheetrock comprising an edge guide which has a smooth surface slidable along the edge of a piece of sheetrock, and a wide tape measure readable in both directions and having a tab against which a knife blade can be placed so as to allow the sheetrock to be cut along a line parallel to its edge.
Abstract: An automobile electrical circuit including a battery, turn signal switch, flashers, parking light switch, brake switch, relays, and front and rear lights. In the daytime or at night, the high filaments flash when the turn signal on that side is activated. At night, the low filaments flash synchronously with the high filaments when the turn signal on that side is activated.
Abstract: A device for melting snow and ice in the wheel wells of a motor vehicle. The device comprises tubing which extends from the radiator of the vehicle to the wheel wells in a continuous loop. When the device is activated by an on-off switch inside the vehicle, warm fluids are circulated through the tubing to melt the ice and snow in the wheel wells.
Abstract: A circuit for activating automobile brake lights. The circuit includes a battery, rear lights, a horn, horn switch, a center brake light flasher, a brake pedal switch, and a dash indicator light. When the horn in activated, the brake lights come on. When the center brake light flasher is activated, the middle brake light comes on. When the brakes are activated, the dash indicator light comes on.
Abstract: A shoe sole construction which provides a complete separation of upper and lower soles with a cushion of air filling in the space between the upper and lower soles. The sole has five layers, namely, a bottom sole, a chamber rim, a chamber cover, an insole, and an insole cover.
Abstract: A pre-conditioned air connection ring designed to adapt the PCA connection port of an Airbus aircraft to the configuration which is standard in the industry. The connection ring includes a plurality of projections and slots which allow a standard pre-conditioned air adapter chute to be fitted onto an Airbus PCA connection port.
Abstract: A bracket to hold a bricklayer's speed lead in position on a wall. The bracket, which is contoured to fit the speed lead, has two vertical flanges, one of which is longer than the other, a horizontal flange extending perpendicularly between the vertical flanges, and a stepped block beneath part of the horizontal flange at right angles to the horizontal flange and the longer vertical flange. The bracket is also provided with a rotatably mounted cam and a rotatably mounted bushing.
