Abstract: A high frequency IC package mainly includes a substrate, a bumped chip, and a plurality of conductive fillers where the substrate has a plurality of bump holes penetrating from the top surface to the bottom surface. The active surface of the chip is attached to the top surface of the substrate in a manner that the bumps are inserted into the bump holes respectively. The conductive fillers are formed in the bump holes to electrically connect the bumps to the circuit layer of the substrate. The high frequency IC package has a shorter electrical path and a thinner package thickness.

Abstract: A LED lamp includes at least one LED unit, a thermally-conductive post, a heat-dissipating module, at least one metal base, at least one cover member, at least one light reflection member, a sheath, a foundation, and a printed circuit board (PCB). The heat-dissipating module is provided with a plurality of heat sinks, each of which has one end serially connected to each other and radially arranged on an outer periphery of the thermally-conductive post, and the other end apart from each other, so as to constitute the heat-dissipating module. The sheath is used to surround and position the heat sinks, so that the heat sinks are confined. The LED unit is mounted on the metal base, which is received in a step portion formed on a central portion of each of the heat sinks. The light reflection member is provided with a curved focusing portion for focusing a light source projected by the LED unit following by outputting the light source via the cover member.
Abstract: A suspension apparatus comprises a lens holder, a suspension spring and a supporting base. The supporting base is formed with an opening for accommodating the lens holder. The lens holder is for positioning a lens unit. The suspension spring is manufactured by stamping process to form a long strip with a plurality of suspension springs. The strip is then guided into a mold, and plastic injection molding process is performed in that mold so as to produce the lens holder and supporting base affixed respectively to either end of the suspension spring in one piece. After that, excess material of the strip is cut off. The suspension apparatus as above described is suitable for mass production. In addition, because of the high precision of mold, the inaccuracy of assembly and fabrication is minimized. The volume of the whole apparatus and the cost of production are also vastly decreased.
Abstract: A pedal device with a shiftable stepping position for a percussion instrument is disclosed. In view of the problems in the prior art that the player feels discomfort when the angle of the footboard is not correct and that the instrument may have a worse pose, the invention provides a back bottom board under the pedal device that can rotate and adjust its side-shifting angles. By shifting the position of the back bottom board, the footboard is moved and fixed at a position preferred by the player. Therefore, the position of the footboard is adjusted according to the stepping position of the player. Therefore, the invention can avoid the player's discomfort and be disposed as desired.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a three-dimensional DIY assembly intelligence structure, which is a three-dimensional rotatable structure. The three-dimensional rotatable structure comprises a detachable puzzle piece, several square puzzle pieces, several rectangular puzzle pieces, several triangular puzzle pieces. The three-dimensional rotatable structure is composed of twenty-six puzzle pieces including one detachable puzzle piece, five square puzzle pieces, twelve rectangular puzzle pieces, and eight triangular puzzle pieces. The three-dimensional rotatable structure has a sphere shape, and it combines a jigsaw puzzle, a smart box, a Rubik's Cube and a pet egg. Therefore, it is a more challenging intelligence game.
Abstract: A wiring substrate with tensile-strength enhanced traces primarily comprises a core layer, a plurality of connecting pads, a plurality of traces, and a solder resist where the connecting pads and the traces are disposed on a top of the core layer. The solder resist is formed over the top of the core layer to cover the traces with the connecting pads partially or completely exposed. Furthermore, the traces have I-shaped cross sections to enhance the tensile strength of the traces.
Abstract: A vibration sensor includes casing, substrate, and elastic metal piece; two electrode areas separated by a separation zone being provided on the substrate; a vibration contact being provided on the separation zone; placement being executed by the metal piece on the substrate to contact or not to contact both electrode areas and produce connection or disconnection at the vibration contacts for selecting to turn on or off a power source and an electronic device connected to the vibration sensor and producing intermittent conduction by means of the sensor built in an object.
Abstract: The present invention improves a frequency divider circuit so that the frequency divider further obtains a capability of operating an injection-locking frequency division without changing or adding any component; and, the frequency divider operates under low voltage and low power consumption yet in high frequency, where the present invention can be use in related fields of radio frequency and optoelectronic communication.

Abstract: A stable monitor holder includes a fixing frame, a bracing device and a support frame. The support frame is coupled with the fixing frame to couple the fixing frame with the bracing device. Abstract: A computer housing shock absorber device for a vibration source frame, which includes: a computer housing provided with a U-shaped holding space; an inner fixing frame fixed within the U-shaped holding space; an outer fixing frame; The shock absorber elements mounted on circumferential edge walls of the connecting holes of the inner fixing frame. Upper and lower portions of each of the recessed circular grooves of the shock absorber elements are respectively provided with a cylindrical body, and one of the cylindrical bodies of each of the shock absorber elements lies between the upper surface of the outer fixing frame and the upper surface of the inner fixing frame. Accordingly, the vibratory moment on the outer fixing frame produced by rotation of the fans is absorbed by the shock absorber elements.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) for the ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection comprising two terminal electrodes of a first electrode and a second electrode, a PMOS, an NMOS and an SCR structure. By utilizing an embedded SCR, a whole-chip ESD protection circuit design can be obtained. The present invention is suitable for IC products, and for applications by IC design industries and IC foundry industries.
Abstract: A bullet cartridge for toy air gun (air soft gun BB-gun) in which a gasket member is mounted with a metal bush and stopped at an annular stop flange between a front air chamber and a rear air chamber to support a reciprocating motion of a piston rod, and a compression spring is mounted on the piston rod and stopped between the metal bush and a collar of the piston rod to hold the piston rod in the close position where the front stop flange of the piston rod is stopped at the front side of the gasket member to seal the air passage between the CO2 steel cylinder and the jet nozzle through which compressed gas passes to drive a bullet out of the toy air gun.
Abstract: A power-diode driver uses a single power source to supply power to the sub-drivers inside. The sub-drivers are well isolated so that they can be safely and easily expanded by connecting to other device or driver. Thus, the power-diode driver has a changeable turn-on time and a highly modulated assembly. And, hence, the present invention is suitable for mass producing reliable power-diode drivers.
Abstract: A parking alarm of a towing connector having a buzzer mounted in the housing thereof and electrically connected with the positive terminal and negative terminal of the buzzer to the terminal for parking light and grounding terminal of the male connector at one end of the housing such that the buzzer is electrically to produce an audio warning signal when the parking light is turned on during a backward movement of the truck and the trailer.
Abstract: A T-bracket and spring plate riveting machine for use with a T-bracket making machine is disclosed to have a conveyer for carrying T-brackets from the T-bracket making machine to a front side for processing, two pitch-adjustable riveting units for stamping metal sheet materials into spring plates and riveting two spring plates to the ends of each T-bracket, and sensor-controlled corrector frames for correcting the position of the T-bracket before riveting if necessary.
Abstract: A disc emergent ejecting mechanism for an optical disc drive is disclosed that includes a drive motor; a first gear set in meshing engagement with the drive motor; an advancing and retracting member; a second gear set in meshing engagement with the advancing and retracting member; and a clutch assembly including a clutch gear engaged with the first and the second gear sets for transmitting torque from the drive motor to the advancing and retracting member. During a disc emergent ejecting operation, the clutch gear is moved to disengage with the second gear set.

Abstract: A mechanism for adjusting relative positions of multiple injection nozzles of an injection apparatus. The mechanism includes a guide section serving as a rail horizontally extending in a predetermined direction; a first injection section having at least one injection nozzle and slidably disposed on the rail, whereby the first injection section is guidable by the rail to horizontally move along X-axis defined by the rail; and a second injection section having at least one injection nozzle and slidably disposed on the rail. The second injection section is spaced from the first injection section by a distance and guidable by the rail to horizontally move along X-axis defined by the rail. The second injection section is further vertically movable within a predetermined range of height along Y-axis normal to X-axis.
Abstract: A storage device includes a housing with an opening at the front end for receiving at least one storage container pushed in which can store a storage element, one end of the storage container being provided with a positioning portion; at least one engaging member being jointed rotatably at the rear end of the housing, one end of each engaging member being provided with a connecting portion for engaging the positioning portion of the storage container pushed into the inner of the housing to fix the storage container, and another end of each engaging member provided with a pushing portion. When users turn the engaging member, the connecting portion releases the positioning portion and then the pushing portion pushes the rear end of the storage container subsequently to eject the storage container outwardly.
