Abstract: A shipment sorting system is provided. The system comprises a plurality of inflow lines each thereof conveys cargoes each containing articles to be shipped; a plurality of first buffer lines each thereof includes a first loop storage line for circulating and storing cargoes transferred from the inflow lines and a plurality of first straight storage lines for storing cargoes; a second buffer line including a second loop storage line connected to output ends of the first straight storage lines for circulating and storing cargoes, a plurality of second straight storage lines, and a plurality of return lines for returning excess unit cargoes in one of the second straight storage lines which is fill of unit cargoes to another second straight storage line; and a shipment sorting area for sorting cargoes transferred from the second straight storage lines to the plurality of shoot lines by sorters according to different shipment requirements.
Abstract: A process is provided for determining the position of a printed paper web in a printing press, especially in a rotary printing press. Reference values for determining the position from the image data of the preliminary printing stage are obtained. At least part of a printing style on the paper web is detected by at least one scanner. The reference values obtained from the image data of the preliminary printing stage are compared with the measured values detected by at least one sensor. The position of the printed paper web is determined from the result of the comparison. A device is provided for determining the position of a printed paper web in a printing press, especially in a rotary printing press, with a data processing device, in which reference values are generated from image data from the preliminary printing stage for determining the position. At least one sensor is provided for detecting at least part of a printing style on the paper web.

Abstract: A sewing machine has a device for steering towards a predetermined end (E) of a seam (B1). An alternating movement of the feed elements of the sewing machine, which occurs when the stitch adjusting device is set, is taken into consideration in the calculation of the target stitch length (Sb) of the final optionally shortened end stitch (Nre) of the seam, in such a way that the setting value that deviates from the target stitch length is produced.

Abstract: A joint housing (1) has a housing recess (2), a pivot pin (4), mounted in the housing recess. The pivot pin has a joint ball (3) provided with a surface protection. A pin section protrudes from a housing opening (18), with a bearing shell (5) arranged between the joint housing and the joint ball, and with a closing ring (7), which closes the housing recess of the joint housing and tensions the bearing shell arranged therein in the joint housing. The closing ring follows essentially with its inner contour the outer contour of the bearing shell due to a bevel or a radius formed. Abstract: A rotor for a small-sized motor has a plurality of rotor magnetic poles and a commutator on a rotor shaft, and both ends of a wire of each winding of the rotor magnetic poles are tied up with and connected by spot welding to a U-shaped hook-type commutator leg connected to the corresponding commutator piece end of the commutator, respectively. The commutator leg has a copper-based base material, and is composed by attaching a thin layer of a clad material with a melting point lower than that of the above described base material and a high electric resistance thereon at the surface part to be inside when bent to the U-shaped hook type. Thus, in the connection between the commutator leg and the copper wire material of the small-sized motor, the reduction of defectives of breaking of the wire because of heat shock at the time of welding is achieved, and in the meantime, the stabilization of welding is achieved, so that the reliability of the connection can be increased.

Abstract: A small-size motor has a case cover 11 formed with three voids, and electric elements such as chip capacitors are contained in the three voids. A first electric element is mechanically fixed between a pair of brush units in a first void and is electrically connected. The remaining two second and third electric elements are located on both sides of the first electric element and are pressed on a brush base in a motor shaft direction by a body earth terminal 14 in second and third voids, so that the body earth terminal 14 is fixed to the case cover 11 and the two electric elements are mechanically fixed and electrically connected. A sufficient space is secured in the motor case cover made of synthetic resin, so that three electric elements such as chip capacitors can be incorporated together with their wiring and support arrangement.

Provisions are made for the fuel feed device (54) to have at least one fuel feed channel section (58) in the second flow guide element (36), which said fuel feed channel section (58) is open toward a surface area (44; 44′) of the second flow guide element (36) and has a surface normal radial component different from zero.

The sensors (2, 3, 4) and the signal transmitter can be moved in relation to one another by the gearshift lever (1), and electric signals characterizing the particular shift position (X, Y, Z) are sent by the sensors (2, 3, 4) at least indirectly to an evaluating device by which the transmission can be put into different operating states as a function of the electric signals.
Abstract: A honeycomb structure with a plurality of flexible material strips which are arranged next to one another and are connected to one another is presented. The material strips have a corrugated shape with U-shaped cross section of essentially straight, vertical partial areas (3) and curved, horizontal partial areas (2). The material strips are connected to one another at contact points (4) of the straight, vertical partial areas. In addition, a device for manufacturing a honeycomb has welding sections (6). The flexible material strips (9) are guided by the welding sections (6), where the material strips are welded to one another by means of a comb-like finger system (10). The finger system or the welding sections are laterally displaced by two sections and by a pressing operation taking place between the finger and the welding section. This presses two material strips onto a heated welding wire (7), which leads to the thermal connection of the material strips.
Abstract: A machine tool for at least triaxial machining of work pieces comprises a column of the type of a casing with side walls. In an interior space, provision is made for a work spindle which projects into a working area and which is connected via couplers and hinges to a driving skid that is displaceably guided on each side wall straight in a y direction. The driving skids are displaceably guided on two guides which are spaced from each other in the z direction. Provided between the guides are linear motors, a first part of which is mounted on the driving skid and a second part on the side wall.
