The polymeric separable cap is in the dispensing aperture and has a plurality of angled channels. The channels have an entry portion opposite a terminal end and a vent region therebetween.

Abstract: A cap for sealing a container has a top panel and a circumferential side wall panel. The top panel is positioned about a longitudinal axis and extends radially outwardly therefrom. The circumferential side wall panel is integral with an outer peripheral edge of the top panel and has first second, and third segments. The first segment extends downwardly. The second segment extends radially outwardly at a first angle to the first segment. The third segment extends downwardly from the second segment at a second angle to the second segment. The cap has lug members for sealing the cap to a container having corresponding lugs.

Abstract: A can end member has a center panel, a circumferential chuck wall, and a transition wall. The center panel is centered about a longitudinal axis and has a peripheral edge. The center panel also has a step portion located radially outwardly from the longitudinal axis. The step portion has an annular convex portion joined to an annular concave portion and displaces at least a portion of the center panel vertically in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis. The curl defines an outer perimeter of the end member. The circumferential chuck wall extends downwardly from the curl to the transition wall. The transition wall connects the chuck wall with the peripheral edge of the center panel. The transition wall has a folded portion extending outwardly relative to the longitudinal axis.

Abstract: A bottle crate (10) is provided that is configured to hold a plurality of bottles in a generally upright orientation, and is particularly designed to hold bottles having a variable diameter. The bottle crate can include at least one tray and a plurality of fingers (601) elastically arranged on the tray, such that the fingers are configured to move in response to insertion or removal of a bottle.

Abstract: A display system is provided having a base and a plurality of trays supported by posts. The base includes a pallet having a plurality of wheels extending from a lower surface. The base supports a first tray formed from a corrugated material. A plurality of posts extending from an upper surface of the pallet support a second tray formed from a corrugated material. Subsequent trays can be supported by additional posts. The trays support a plurality of goods for sale. Corrugated spacer pieces can be positioned in the trays as necessary depending on the size and shape of the goods supported in the tray.

Abstract: An anchor assembly for walls comprises a toggle member and a strap member pivotally mounted together, and a locking member. In a first position thereof, the toggle member is aligned with the strap member for insertion through the wall, whereas in a second position thereof, the toggle member extends behind the wall at an angle relative to the strap member which extends from the toggle member through the hole in the wall. The locking member is adapted to be displaced along the strap member until it engages the wall and to be locked on the strap member to prevent the locking member from displacing away from the toggle member. Therefore, the locking member and the toggle member are connected by the strap member and imprison the wall by abutting respectively the visible and hidden sides thereof. A fastener introduced through the locking member and the wall threadably engages an opening defined in the toggle member.

The lid (40) includes a screen (80) disposed and held within the aperture (50) with a plurality of interstices (82) therein.

Abstract: A laminated assembly (10) is mountable on a wall and comprises a back support (20) and opposed side supports (40,50) for holding the laminating roller (60) and nip roller (70). A waste receptacle transfer means is driven from a first position associated with the baseline to a second position associated with the emptying site of the waste bin and back to the first position. A waste receptacle is temporarily retainable to the waste receptacle transfer means and transferrable by the waste receptacle transfer means from the first position to the second position to spill contents of the waste receptacle into the waste bin at the emptying site and back to the first position. A first receiver is associated with the first position for receiving a signal generated by the waste receptacle at a first moment in time when the waste receptacle transfer means is in the first position and at a second moment in time when the waste receptacle transfer means has returned to the first position from second position.

Abstract: A method for a municipality to control, track, and monitor waste or refuse receptacles requires a permit for use of a waste receptacle. An issuing organization issues a permit associated with a discreet receptacle identifier. An RFID tag is provided with the permit and attached to a discreet receptacle. The RFID tag transmits a signal carrying data associated with the discreet receptacle identifier. The signal may be read by a portable reader carried by municipal personnel to record violations of municipal code associated with the use of the discreet receptacle.
