Abstract: Provided is a content distribution system that prevents different keys to be derived between an encryption apparatus and a decryption apparatus. A random-number generating unit 112d, in an encryption apparatus 110d, generates a random number s, and a first function unit 113d generates a functional value G(s) of the random number s, and generates a verification value a and a shared key K from the functional value G(s). An encryption unit 114d generates a first cipher text c1 of the verification value a using a public-key polynomial h, and a second function unit 115d generates a functional value H(a,c1) of the verification value a and the first cipher text c1, and a random-number mask unit 116d generates a second cipher text c2=s xor H(a,c1). A decryption unit 123d, in a decryption apparatus 120d, decrypts the first cipher text c1 using a secret-key polynomial f, to generate a decryption verification value a?.
Abstract: A method for electrolytic production of aluminium metal from an electrolytic (3) including aluminium oxide, by performing electrolysis, with at least one inert anode (1) and at least one cathode (2) thus forming part of an electorwinning cell. The anode evolves oxygen gas and the cathode has aluminium discharged onto it in the electrolysis process, where the oxygen gas enforces an electrolyte flow pattern. The oxygen gas is directed to flow into anode grooves and is drained away from the interpolar room, thereby establishing an electrolyte flow pattern between the electrodes (1) and (2) and between over the anodes (1). The invention also concerns and anode assembly and an electrowinning cell.
Abstract: A top end portion of an outer peripheral surface of a coin feeding roller protrudes in a stacking section as a rotating friction surface so as to correspond to an end portion of a coin passage. A plurality of coins are conveyed to the end portion of the coin passage in a row in a direction of a diameter of the coins by operation of a conveying mechanism. The rotating friction surface of the feeding roller rotates while contacting a lower surface of a conveyed coin, to cause the coin to get over the rotating friction surface from an upstream side to a downstream side of the friction surface with respect to a direction of rotation thereof. Thus, the roller displaces a trailing edge of a previously conveyed coin upwards so that a leading edge of a subsequently conveyed coin can enter between the previously conveyed coin and the friction surface. By repeating this operation, conveyed coins are sequentially stacked in a stacking section.

In the second sustaining period, the sustain pulse has a second leading edge duration shorter than the first leading edge duration. The second sustaining period is included at least at the end of the sustaining period.

Abstract: A poppet valve device includes a plurality of axial passages of substantially the same diameter and length communicating with a high-pressure room formed inside a valve seat member between a poppet valve body and the valve seat member. The passages are located adjacent to each other and an annular gap formed between the periphery of the poppet valve body and an inner perimeter of a projecting part on which a valve seat face of the valve seat member is formed, is narrow to restrict liquid flow through the annular gap. An electronic controlled fuel injection apparatus equipped with the poppet valve device is composed such that a lower end part of the poppet valve body and a bottom of a valve device accommodating part of the fuel injection apparatus are formed to restrict flow of fuel to prevent the occurrence of bouncing.

Abstract: A method of determining current detection circuit failure determines failure of a current detection circuit that is connected to positive and negative sides of a power source and that issues a voltage corresponding to detected current at an output terminal. The method of determining failure cuts-off either one of the current detection circuit connections to the positive and negative sides of the power source, detects output voltage from the output terminal, and determines proper operation or failure of the current detection circuit.

Abstract: It is intended to provide a soybean protein material which is excellent in solubility, stability, emulsifying properties and gel-forming properties under acidic conditions and thus advantageously usable in acidic foods, its production process, and acidic foods using the soybean protein material. A solution containing soybean protein is subjected to a treatment for eliminating or inactivating polyanionic substances contained therein and/or adding a polycationic substance and then heated at above 100° C. under acidic conditions. Thus, a soybean protein having a high solubility under acidic conditions and thus being appropriately usable in acidic foods can be obtained. By using this protein, protein foods in an acidic region can be provided. Further, by combining the above-described treatment with a protease-digestion treatment, a soybean protein hydrolysate having a high solubility in an acidic region can be efficiently obtained.
