  • Patent number: 8268911
Abstract: Use of a bimodal filler system allows masterbatches with higher filler levels to be processable. When used with moisture curable resins, the use of a masterbatch having a bimodal filler allows the preparation of a composition having a higher percentage of moisture curable resin than if a unimodal filler was used and also provides enhanced flame retardant properties.

  • Patent number: 8262547
Abstract: A pneumatic exercise foot pad device includes two primary tubes and a secondary tube disposed between left and right foot pads having air chambers. The primary tubes intercommunicate fluidly the foot pads in proximity to front and rear ends of the foot pads. The secondary tube intercommunicates fluidly central portions of the foot pads. A shell is disposed between the left and right foot pads to cover the primary and secondary tubes. Two adjustment screw rods extend respectively through screw holes formed in the shell to press or unpress the primary tubes so that the primary tubes block or unblock an air flow between the foot pads.

  • Patent number: 8222460
Abstract: MIBC and/or a mixture of IBHK and TMN is produced from MIBK by a process comprising the step of contacting MIBK with hydrogen under condensation/hydrogenation/dehydration reactive conditions and in the presence of a catalytic amount of a Cu-based condensation/hydrogenation/dehydration catalyst. The relative amounts of MIBC and the mixture of IBHK and TMN are controlled by the reaction temperature, a lower temperature, e.g., 130 C., favoring MIBC alone, and a higher temperature, e.g., 200 C., favoring a mixture of MIBC and IBHK plus TMN.

  • Patent number: 8218313
Abstract: An electronic device housing includes a housing body, a movable foot pad mechanism disposed in housing body, a ventilation grille, a fan, and a fan switch connected electrically to the fan. The movable foot pad mechanism includes a foot pad pivoted to a bottom wall of the housing body. The foot pad is turnable pivotally to prop up the housing body so as to increase a space below a bottom of housing body. When the foot pad is being turned pivotally to prop up the housing body, the ventilation grille is moved simultaneously so as to make the space inside the housing body open to the ambient environment, and the fan is activated for heat dissipation, thereby increasing the heat dissipation efficiency of the electronic device housing.
