Abstract: A duct cleaning apparatus and method for cleaning and maintaining the interior of most types of ducts, including chimneys, air conditioning and heating ducts, dryer ducts, vents, plumbing and rain gutter ducts. The apparatus is made up of a flexible rope (24) connected to a cleaning brush (10) or tool further connected to a retrieval parachute (30). The flexible rope (24) can be extended through the use of additional attached ropes (26) to create an infinitely long cleaning apparatus. The cleaning brush (10) may be configured in a variety of sizes with differing configurations of bristles (14) or appendages for specific applications. The cleaning appendages are connected to a rope (24) or line B, the length of which extends beyond the length of the duct (12) to be cleaned. One end of the rope (24) or line A is connected to the parachute (30) adapted with a wind-expanded periphery greater than that of the perimeter of the inside wall (22) of the duct (12) to be cleaned.

Abstract: A detachably mountable hand drill tool bit holder and static tool presenting apparatus holds a plurality of bits for use with a hand drill tool. The apparatus comprises a horizontally oriented oblong oval shaped receptacle with two parallel sides forming an aperture for receiving and frictionally engaging tool bits. The apparatus is made of a resilient rubber or rubber-like material. The bottom is shaped to be inserted and frictionally engaged by a slot formed in the hand drill tool. The top of the apparatus allows ends of tool bits to extend outward so that each bit is presented and can be easily grabbed for use. Bits are returned to the holder by inserting anywhere there is unoccupied space in the holder by forcing the bit into the space. The size of the holder's oblong oval shaped receptacle is selected to exhibit a width between the two parallel sides that is significantly less than the diameter of the smallest bit.

Abstract: A fragrance formulation that uses effervescing agents to emit a fragrance from a non-splashing cone-shaped delivery tablet. The cone shaped tablet provides a short timed release and delivery of fragrance agents after immersion in a toilet bowl. The method of use includes the step of dropping the cone shaped tablet tip first into the water in the toilet bowl. The tablet composition comprises a pre-glass agglomeration powder with absorbed fragrance oils bound to an effervescing agent such as sodium bicarbonate in a binder of boric acid, citric acid, and water. Use of the tablet effectively fills a powder room with a pleasant masking scent over a short time period, e.g. 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Abstract: An improved clothes hanger is biodegradable, disposable, and non-metallic. It is adapted to be usable in a prison, commercial airplane, or other weapons-free environment. The improved clothes hanger is provided by construction entirely of folded corrugated paper with two interconnected neck members. The neck members are intertwined via coordinated opposing slots in the hook portion of a clothes hanger having two shoulder portions. When a piece of clothing is hung on the clothes hanger, the folded doubled corrugated cardboard hanger supports and matches the curvature of the shoulders of the clothing, thus preventing wrinkling of the shoulders of the clothing. The structure is cut from a single piece of box corrugated cardboard and folded along a single fold line to form the hanger.

Abstract: A method is presented for rapidly making and delivering directly to a consumer a full upper and/or lower denture on the basis of contemporaneous digital image information laser scanned from the person's oral cavity after all respective upper and/or lower teeth have been removed, the delivery of the denture occurring substantially contemporaneously with the creation of the contemporaneous digital image information and optionally including and based on archived digital image information laser scanned from the person's oral cavity before all respective upper and/or lower teeth have been removed and digitally stored.

Abstract: An improved integrated combination of an automobile and jack structures attached to the reinforced lift points on each side of the automobile adjacent its wheel wells is a rigid orthogonally telescoping housing which includes a plurality of jacks, each jack having telescoping interconnected cylinders containing a valve sealed expandable pneumatic plenum within the housing, wherein the pneumatic interconnected cylinders are arranged for selective inflation by use of a pneumatically connected 12 volt DC pneumatic compressor that in turn is operative through an electrical supply line that is hard wired to an electrical system or battery of the automobile to receive electrical energy. A set of control switches is electrically connected to each of the compressors wherein each selected corner of the automobile can be lifted by a separate telescoping housing.

Abstract: An apparatus (10) and a device (30) are provided for catching pet hair during the process of bathing a pet in a bathtub (12) or sink-like structure. Typically the apparatus (10) is comprised of a net (18) having a selected mesh size which is stretched over the bottom of the bathtub (12) and held in place with hooks (26) attached to the bottom of the bathtub 12 via integral suction cups (24). The device (30) combines functional features of the apparatus (10) into a screen (38) for catching pet hair which is held rigid in a frame (32) made of a pliable material which engages and grips the bottom of the bathtub (12) and allows water to drain out to the drain (22) of the bathtub (12).

Abstract: A bleacher chair for use with a bleacher structure having tiers of bleacher seating of a standard width, said bleacher chair comprising a chair portion, two lateral arm members, a forward member, and a rearward member and wherein the chair portion can rest upon a bleacher seat, and the rearward member does not contact the bleacher structure in a way which would interfere with the placement of the chair portion upon a bleacher seat. A method for vending the bleacher chair of the present invention to those attending events with bleacher seating is also provided.

Abstract: A dump cart sustainer with a wheeled platform is provided for receiving, holding, transporting, and dumping a large heavy drum holding building materials such as concrete. The sustainer is structured to allow easy release, disposal, and replacement of the drum by receiving the drum in an apertured basket. The apertured basket avoids accumulation of any overflow from the drum and facilitates easy manual grappling and lifting by allowing hands and fingers to grasp the basket. The sustainer has a locking brake, drum clasping mechanism, and pivoting lifting post for the basket.

Abstract: A workbench with an adjustable height top dually engaged by twin standards with each standard having a single pawl-like structure laterally extended from front to back. The pawl mechanism in each standard is a laterally extended round rod engaging a vertical array of rounded ratchet apertures at the front and back end of the top. A novel safety mechanism to prevent inadvertent disengagement of the rod from the ratchet apertures is a combination of a tension spring connected between a chain and a foot actuator pedal. This spring prevents accidental release of the rod by absorbing unintentional or inadvertent minor force applied to the pedal. The rod-like structure or pawl provides superior structural rigidity for the bench when restricted with rear shims to rotation into the ratchet slots at an angle &agr; between less than about 45 degrees and greater than about 10 degrees.

Abstract: A hand-held instrument for calculating the measurements necessary to prepare any number of servings or serving sizes from a printed food recipe which utilizes two concentric rotating wheels, the lower one of the wheels having instructions printed thereon in a 120 degree segment and measurement data thereon for use in conjunction with said upper wheel, the upper wheel having twelve segments with alternate segments being blank and transparent and the remaining segments having measurement data displayed thereon for use in conjunction with the lower wheel.

Abstract: A lockable portable releasably attachable identification and data carrier device is provided with a magnet for detachably mounting on refrigerator door or the like. The data carrier has at least one steel foil pouch for storing and shielding a magnetic storage computer disk containing data pertinent to the user and a computer program which when inserted into a computer having an internet service connecting program thereon enables the connecting program and identifies the identification code of the computer into which the disk is inserted and sends an email to a predetermined email address with the identification code and predetermined data pertinent to the user.

Abstract: The present invention provides a system for the demountable secured attachment of an article such as a painting or other artwork, or the like, to a supporting surface, such as a wall. The system comprises an elongated mounting bracket with a mounting portion and mounting means for engagement with the support surface, and which is vertically adjustable, and an interconnection portion. The system also comprises an article attachment member, also an elongated bracket, with an article attachment portion and attachment means for attachment to the artwork or other article, and an interconnection portion for demountable mating engagement with the interconnection portion of the support surface attachment member.

Abstract: A novel game and board or surface is played in combination with two sets of playing pieces consisting of three dice each, one set being visibly distinguishable from the second set and wherein in one embodiment all bets are placed on the board or surface before the first set of dice is throw to speed up the method of play and payoffs for each bet are set by the house. Optionally, the house may set and take additional bets between a throw of the first set of dice and a throw of the second set of dice. In another embodiment of the invention, players use the two sets of dice in sequence wherein winning bets are related to poker hands such as open numbers from 3-35; 3 of a kind; 4 of a kind; 5 of a kind, straight; any 3 pair; 6 of a kind, and six sixes (but specifically excluding two of a kind to provide decisive winning odds for the house) and where the payoffs for each bet are 2 for 1, 3 for 1, 4 for 1, 5 for 1, 8 for 1, 8 for 1, 12 for 1, and 20 for 1, respectively, for example.
