Abstract: A waterproof, swivel feature secondary plug and socket device suitable for use within a construction setting, for placement within an extension cord between an originating power source and a user end tool. The device allows a rotational movement between the plug and socket components such that cord twisting and buckling is eliminated, and strain on an operator is reduced. The device provides protection against cord damage or operator injury because, when too great a longitudinal traction force is applied along the cord, as when a cord becomes entrapped during use, the frictional fit between the plug and socket component allows an automatic separation of the unit with immediate withdrawal of electrical power from the cord.
Abstract: The invention comprises a reusable, combination—anchor bolt holder, form board alignment and retention, and, thread protection device—for holding an anchor bolt in a secure vertical alignment at an exact depth in the form for either a 2×4 or 2×6 sill plate with the threads fully protected from fouling by cement; and, allowing of early hand float finishing around the bolt thread area that projects above the top of the stem wall.
Abstract: A micro-emulsion forming (nanotechnology) oil additive composition is disclosed which improves the fuel economy and reduces the exhaust emissions of internal combustion machines when used at a cost effective dose level of about 20:1 to 2,000:1 in the crankcase lubricating oil.
Abstract: A sliding exercise apparatus and recreational device which can be employed both wet and dry. A user can traverse the device which includes a surface which can be inclined as a durable low friction sheeting material. The user can be supported by a wide variety of vehicles including sports boards and clothing apparel which, in turn, have a durable low friction layer for contacting the sliding exercise apparatus and recreational device for entertainment and in order to enhance gymnastic and board skills.

Abstract: A support framework for containing a media that is used to remediate corrosive vaporous pollutants in an air stream. The support framework is situated within a plenum and comprises two concentric open-lattice weave frameworks made from corrosion resistant fiberglass reinforced plastic “FRP”. The frameworks are of differing diameters and the media is placed into and contained within the open space formed between the inside wall of the outer framework and the outside wall of the inner framework. The open-lattice weave design allows a greater radial flow through the media per unit of time, doing so with less pressure drop and using less energy than the prior art. The use of FRP to form the framework walls allows creation of large units that are suitable for use in municipal and industrial settings, which was not possible previously.
Abstract: A device for bringing the separated truck and trailer borne elements of a goose neck hitch arrangement fully into position for completing the mating of the two elements without requiring the vehicle operator to leave the vehicle; and then for completing the mating of the elements and locking the hitch into place with the vehicle. An open bottomed receiver well is located in the tow vehicle bed. The trailer borne hitch section that drops into the receiver well comprises a funnel shaped member having a rod shaped probe as its lower end. The rod shaped probe, dependent from the goose neck trailer tongue is used to visually align the hitch over the receiver well as the truck is backed beneath it. The driver then exits and the probe serves to guide the hitch into the receiver well as the trailer tongue is lowered toward the truck bed following which a pair of lock pins are used to complete the hitching.
Abstract: A device for playing a ball game by hurling a ball against a wall and catching it on the rebound is described. The device comprises a hollow, cylindrical body member resembling an elongated capsule with the top half of the capsular diameter removed for approximately ? of its length, forming thus an open topped channel section, the remainder forming a closed end base section the rounded end of which serves as the hand hold for using the device, the inner surface of the channel and base sections integrally defining a passageway for the ball when it is either thrown or caught by the device; a safety strap including means for its connection to the device and attachment to the player's wrist is also described.
Abstract: A box scraper for use with a pulling or a pushing vehicle, having a continuous box-form main frame above, with a lower portion of the rear wall, the moldboard, hinged to the side wall at one end and held to the opposite side wall by a lock mechanism such that one end of the moldboard can be released backwards from that sidewall; when thus released allowing for a smooth and continuous lateral release of scraped materials outside the confines of the scraper box.
Abstract: An improved method for simultaneous intravenous delivery of multiple medications by use of prematched tubing between medication source and patient's IV.
Abstract: A cable continuity tester and tracer includes a cylindrical barrel housing a battery, a cable connector with two contacts, a bicolor LED and a detachable, tone-generating portion. A circuit board in continuity with the battery, LED and both contacts of the connector permits the LED to glow read upon encountering a short in a tested cable, and to glow green upon encountering a low-resistance terminator on the cable of from 50 to 75 ohms. The tone generating portion issues an audible signal when placed on an opposite end of a cable from the tester, when the cable has good continuity.
Abstract: A pet bed comprising of a washable outer covering of the shape and texture of a pair of human shorts having disposed within a removable anatomical cushion, and a removable, scented pouch disposed within the outer covering.
Abstract: This invention relates to a multibladed (three or more) small diameter propeller as being included in an apparatus consisting of the single unenclosed propeller, extention shaft, armature shaft, and generator; such apparatus to be mounted on top of an electric vehicle to transform wind energy into electrical energy for feeding such energy into the battery pack as the vehicle is being driven forward; such energy to augment the stored voltage potential of the battery pack.
Abstract: An agricultural tractor having a central structure which includes a rotatable cab and a platform on which an engine is slideably mounted and the location of which is hydraulically controlled.

Abstract: A barrette for holding hair having an improved wireform latch in which the barrette includes a top plate having upstanding pivots and upstanding receptor hooks, and the wireform being a semirigid wire in a frogleg shape which is put in tension parallel to the plate by compressing the legs together to allow hooking of the legs to the pivots and in rotary tension away from the plate by compressing hair between the plate and wireform by such hooking.
Abstract: The invention is a device for replacing the seat for an oil plug frequently found as part of an oil pan of an internal combustion engine to allow draining and includes a hollow cylinder having a shoulder for insertion through the existing seat to extent into the oil pan, an installation bolt is employed for compressing and expending the hollow cylinder outward to fixedly secure the hollow cylinder to the existing seat between the shoulder and expended cylinder and the cylinder being internally threaded adjacent the shoulder to accept a plug.
