Abstract: A voltage conversion device capable of enhancing conversion efficiency includes a charge pump for generating output voltage linear to input voltage according to the input voltage, a feedback unit for generating a feedback signal according to the output voltage generated by the charge pump, and a regulating unit for outputting and adjusting the input voltage according to the feedback signal provided by the feedback unit, so as to keep the output voltage unchanged.
Abstract: A shift register circuit includes plural shift register stages for providing plural gate signals. The Nth shift register stage of the shift register stages includes an input unit, a pull-up unit and a pull-down unit. The input unit is put in use for outputting an Nth driving control voltage according to an (N?1)th gate signal and an (N?2)th driving control voltage which are generated respectively by the (N?1) th shift register stage and the (N?2) th shift register stage of the shift register stages. The pull-up unit pulls up an Nth gate signal according to the Nth driving control voltage and a system clock. Abstract: A heat pipe includes a conductive hollow case, a conductive capillary layer, a piezoelectric component, and a flexible component. The conductive hollow case has a first end and a second end. The first end is connected to a heat-generating component. The second end is a heat-dissipating end. The conductive capillary layer is formed on an inner wall of the conductive hollow case. A liquid stored in the conductive capillary layer can be heated to evaporate by the heat-generating component and then move toward the second end. The piezoelectric component is connected to the conductive capillary layer. The flexible component is disposed at a side of the piezoelectric component for being driven by the evaporated liquid so as to exert force upon the piezoelectric component. Thus, the piezoelectric component can generate electric energy, which can be transmitted from the conductive capillary layer to the conductive hollow case.

Abstract: An integrated method includes fabricating a metal gate transistor and a polysilicon resistor structure. A photoresistor layer is defined by an SAB photo mask and covers a part of a high resistance structure of the polysilicon resistor. When the dummy gate of the transistor is etched, the part of the high resistance structure is protected by the patterned photoresistor layer. The polysilicon resistor is formed simultaneously with the transistor. Furthermore, the polysilicon resistor still has sufficient resistance and includes two metal structures for electrical connection.
Abstract: A successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) includes a first capacitor array, a first input capacitor, a first switch module, a second capacitor array, a second input capacitor, a second switch module, a comparator and a SAR controller. The SAR ADC is operated under sampling phases and amplifying phases many times to perform amplifying operations and ADC operations upon input signals to generate digital output data. In addition, because the SAR ADC has both an amplification function and an ADC function, a circuit utilizing the SAR ADC does not require an additional active PGA, and a power consumption of the circuit is decreased.
