Patent number: 9350750Abstract: Systems and methods for generating rules in a networking environment having one or more sensor computers logically connected to compromised computers are provided. The rules comprise detection data used by a sensor computer to detect a potential security threat and a specified remediation measure that is caused to be performed when the security threat is detected. A security control computer generates the rules from record of series of actions created by the sensor computer, generates a rule, and distributes the rule to the sensor computers. The sensor computers periodically poll a central database for new rules and store a copy of each rule locally. Using the locally stored rules, the sensor computers can more efficiently and accurately respond to security threats.Type: GrantFiled: April 3, 2015Date of Patent: May 24, 2016Assignee: Area 1 Security, Inc.Inventors: Chiraag Aval, Sandeep Mandala

Patent number: 9345010Abstract: A radio communication apparatus receives control information on one or more control channel elements (CCEs) with consecutive CCE number(s). The radio communication apparatus first-spreads a response signal with a sequence defined by a cyclic shift value that is determined among a plurality of cyclic shift values from an index of physical uplink control channel (PUCCH), which is associated with a first CCE number of the one or more CCEs, and second-spreads the first-spread response signal with an orthogonal sequence that is determined among a plurality of orthogonal sequences from the index. One of cyclic shift values used for an orthogonal sequence is determined from an index of the PUCCH, which is associated with an odd CCE number, and another one of the cyclic shift values used for the same orthogonal sequence is determined from an index of the PUCCH, which is associated with an even CCE number.Type: GrantFiled: September 2, 2014Date of Patent: May 17, 2016Assignee: Godo Kaisha IP Bridge 1Inventors: Seigo Nakao, Daichi Imamura, Akihiko Nishio, Masayuki Hoshino

Publication number: 20160113399Abstract: A synchronizing mechanism provides a correlated seat-backrest movement of an office chair. To provide a self-adjusting synchronizing mechanism which is structurally simple, a backrest support is flexibly connected directly both to a base support so as to be pivotable about a transverse axis and to a seat support such that a pivoting movement of a backrest from an initial position into a rearwardly pivoted position induces an immediate lowering movement of the rear region of the seat support, when viewed in the longitudinal direction of the chair, rearwardly downward. The seat support is flexibly connected to the base support by a coupling element which is hinged to the seat support and to the base support such that when the backrest performs the pivoting movement from the initial position into the rearwardly pivoted position, an immediate lifting movement of the front region of the seat support, is effected rearwardly upward.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 8, 2014Publication date: April 28, 2016Applicant: BOCK 1 GMBH & CO., KGInventor: HERMANN BOCK
