  • Patent number: 7651148
Abstract: A passenger vehicle trunk structure is provided with a trunk lid, a vehicle body, a hinge arrangement and a tool free hinge release mechanism. The vehicle body defines an interior cargo area with an exterior trunk access opening. The hinge arrangement is pivotally coupling the trunk lid to the vehicle body with the trunk lid being movable between a closed position that covers the exterior trunk access opening and an open position that exposes the exterior trunk access opening to provide access to the interior cargo area through the exterior trunk access opening. The tool free hinge release mechanism is operatively coupled to the hinge arrangement to release the trunk lid from the vehicle body.

  • Patent number: 7651883
Abstract: An array of fully isolated multi-junction complimentary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) filterless color imager cells is provided, with a corresponding fabrication process. The color imager cell array is formed from a bulk silicon (Si) substrate without an overlying epitaxial Si layer. A plurality of color imager cells are formed in the bulk Si substrate, where each color imager cell includes a photodiode set and a U-shaped well liner. The photodiode set includes first, second, and third photodiode formed as a stacked multi-junction structure, while the U-shaped well liner fully isolates the photodiode set from adjacent photodiode sets in the array. The U-shaped well liner includes a physically interfacing doped well liner bottom and first wall. The well liner bottom is interposed between the substrate and the photodiode set, and the first wall physically interfaces each doped layer of each photodiode in the photodiode set.

  • Patent number: 7653670
Abstract: An architecture and method for data storage and retrieval which also addresses a number of key problems associated with systems employing hash-based techniques. The architecture and method employs a collision-free hashing scheme called Bloomier filter while eliminates its false positives in a storage efficient way. Wildcard support is added through the use of a scheme called prefix collapsing, while introducing only a small additional storage requirement and reduced hardware complexity. Real update traces indicate that both fast and incremental updates are provided—features generally not available in prior-art collision-free hashing schemes.

  • Patent number: 7651953
Abstract: Multiple sequential processes are conducted in a reaction chamber to form ultra high quality silicon-containing compound layers, including silicon nitride layers. In a preferred embodiment, a silicon layer is deposited on a substrate using trisilane as the silicon precursor. A silicon nitride layer is then formed by nitriding the silicon layer. By repeating these steps, a silicon nitride layer of a desired thickness is formed.

  • Publication number: 20100013412
Abstract: A circuit for generating an output voltage to a top node of a plurality of LED strings. The circuit includes an inductor having a load current flowing therethrough and a switching transistor responsive to a switching control signal. An integrator generates a compensation voltage responsive to a voltage at a bottom node of the LED string and a reference voltage. Circuitry for combining an offset with the compensation voltage is responsive to the compensation voltage and the load current through the inductor. The offset is generated only during a step load change of the load current and substantially reduces voltage transients from the compensation voltage and the output voltage. A summation circuit sums the compensation voltage including the offset with at least the voltage at the bottom node of the LED string to generate a first control signal. A latch generates the switching control signal responsive to the first control signal and a leading edge blanking signal.

  • Publication number: 20100013395
Abstract: An LED driver controller comprises a voltage regulator for controlling an output voltage to a top of a plurality of LED strings responsive to at least a reference voltage. A plurality of first circuitries each associated with a node at a bottom of each of the plurality of LED strings compares a voltage at the bottom of each of the plurality of LED strings with a high reference voltage and a low reference voltage. Control logic generates a first control signal when the voltage at the bottom of each node of the plurality of LED strings exceeds the high reference voltage and generates a second control signal when the voltage at least one of node of the plurality of LED strings falls below the low reference voltage. Second circuitry responsive to the first control signal and the second control signal generates the reference voltage.
