Abstract: The present invention relates to a privacy securing film, and more particularly, to a privacy securing film having a louver film, wherein the louver film is manufactured through a process including the steps of i) alternately laminating and thermo-compressing transparent film layers and opaque adhesive ink layers, and ii) cutting the thermo-compressed, laminated film perpendicularly to or at a certain angle with respect to the surface thereof such that the thickness of the louver film is in a range of 2 to 30 times the thickness of the transparent film, and a hard coat layer is provided on at least one outermost face of the privacy securing film. The privacy securing film of the present invention has a simplified structure, can be fabricated through a simple manufacturing process, can significantly reduce the creation of a ghost image, and has excellent radio-shielding effects, as compared with conventional ones.
Abstract: A method of waterproof and floor construction by using thixotropic urethane and fabric sheet includes the steps of applying a primer on a base concrete surface to form a primer layer; disposing waterproof fiber sheets on the primer layer with an interval in the range of 5 to 10 mm and connecting the intervals with tapes to form a fiber sheet layer; applying thixotropic urethane having viscosity in the range of 900,000 to 1,000,000 CP onto the fiber sheet layer; and spraying super high speed hardening type resin onto the thixotropic urethane to form a coating layer.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a construction method for simple bridges or continuous bridges using prestressed concrete girder (PSC girder) and precast slabs (PSC slabs). The PSC girder, where prestress is applied to the lower portion of the center of the girder by the first tense, is spanned between piers, and the second tense is performed during the PSC slabs are put on the PSC girders, and hence, the present invention can construct bridges of low clearance and long span by preventing a loss of prestress due to load of the slabs and relieving excessive compression force generated on the upper edge portion of the center of the girder during the construction of the bridge.

Abstract: An MP-3 player includes a first speaker portion in which a speaker is mounted so as to be positioned at an ear of a user, an electric device portion which is mounted in the first speaker portion and provided with electric parts for reproducing sounds from an MP-3 file, a second speaker portion in which a speaker is mounted so as to be positioned at the other ear of the user; and a wearing means for connecting the first speaker portion and second speaker portion which is worn on the user's head. The speaker portions and the main body are integrally formed into a headphone or back-phone arrangement, thereby minimizing the size of the MP-3 player. Further, a separate wire is not needed in the MP-3 player, thereby reducing the trouble such as a short of the wire.
Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for operating a day and night mode of a monitoring camera by measuring a brightness in a no video signal interval which are implemented in a such a manner that when a control unit detects a non video signal interval from a video signal from a camera which photographs a photographing object zone, a state of the current lighting unit is set to an off state, and a measuring signal for operating a detection unit is outputted, and a brightness of the current photographing object is measured based on the detection signal from the detection unit, and it is judged whether the brightness of the current photographing object is above a critical value that it is not needed to operate the lighting, and when the brightness of the same is above a critical value, the mode is set to a day mode, and a control signal is generated for maintaining the current off state of the lighting unit and is outputted to the lighting unit, and when the brightness of the same is below a
