Abstract: There are provided a radiofrequency device for increasing amount of a bioactive substance in a plant cell and a plant cell culture method for increasing amount of useful intracellular secondary metabolites by using the radiofrequency device. The cell culture method of the present invention makes it possible to increase specific secondary metabolites such as daidzein, equol, and the like in a cell and thus can be used for development into various medicines, agricultural pesticides, spices, pigments, food additives, and cosmetics containing bioactive substances. Further, the cell culture method of the present invention improves conventional cell culture methods limitedly used for specific cells or specific metabolites for increasing amount of intracellular bioactive substances and thus can be widely applied to production of cells and secondary metabolites.
Abstract: Provided is a system and method for reducing fraud related to payment using a mobile application. A method for a mobile transaction enables a server of a third party rather than a merchant and a consumer, to verify whether the consumer of the mobile transaction is valid or not in response to a verification request related to the mobile transaction. Accordingly, since the third party can verify whether the consumer of the mobile transaction and an application for purchasing are valid or not, verification reliability with respect to a mobile payment can be improved and thus damage caused by payment fraud can be remarkably reduced.
Abstract: A method and system for providing information using a prior agreement procedure via proximity communication is provided. Upon receiving a request for an information providing agreement from a mobile terminal which is capable of proximity communication, the information providing method transmits the information providing agreement. Accordingly, since the mobile terminals request/allow the information providing agreement by using the proximity communication, the information leakage/exposure caused by an illegal use of other's name or identity theft can be prevented beforehand. In particular, since this process requires the users to meet face to face, the security can be further enhanced.
Abstract: A communication interface method for an SE equipped on a mobile terminal and an SE using the same are provided. The communication interface method includes: connecting, by a communication manager installed in an SE equipped on a mobile terminal, to a server via the mobile terminal; and executing, by the communication manager, communication processes between an applet which is installed in the SE separately from the communication manager, and the server. Accordingly, since the communication processes between the applet and the server are executed by the separate communication manager other than the applet, the processing function is omitted from the applets so that the applets can be simplified.
Abstract: A method and system for replacing a key deployed in an SE of a mobile terminal is provided. The method requests, upon receiving a request for a replacement of a key deployed in an SE which is equipped on a mobile terminal, a new key from a service provider which has issued the replacement-requested key and receiving the new key, and transmits the new key to the mobile terminal. Accordingly, the key deployed in the SE can be replaced online by the user's request. Therefore, when it is necessary to replace the key deployed in the SE for various reasons like key exposure, the user can replace the key of the SE without visiting an institution having a key deployment device and thus user convenience can be improved.

Abstract: A carbon substrate, method, and a system for manufacturing the same. The method includes forming an oxidized carbon precursor fiber preweb comprising oxidized carbon precursor staple fibers and binder staple fibers; impregnating the oxidized carbon precursor fiber preweb with a slurry including a thermosetting resin and carbonaceous fillers and drying the resulting preweb to obtain an oxidized carbon precursor fiber web; applying heat and pressure to the oxidized and impregnated carbon precursor fiber web, to cure the thermosetting resin and press the oxidized carbon precursor fiber web; and heating the oxidized carbon precursor fiber web in an inert atmosphere, thereby stabilizing and carbonizing the oxidized carbon precursor staple fibers to obtain a carbon substrate. The present invention may utilize a combination of carbon precursor staple fibers in an oxidized form with low ductility and high stiffness; and binder staple fibers composed of a polymer resin.

Abstract: A water treatment apparatus includes a plurality of meshed tubes made of synthetic yarn and provided with cilia; a plurality of tube stack cages containing the meshed tubes; and an aeration diffuser positioned between the tube stack cages and configured to provide air so that to-be-treated influent water moves to the tube stack cages. The hollow interior of the filter media, i.e. meshed tubes, enables water to move in any direction, and the high porosity maximizes the area for filtering of suspended solids and attachment of microorganisms. The resulting efficiency of removal of suspended solids and soluble organic material is far greater than conventional methods. Arrangement of diffusers in the middle of the reaction tank and between the tube stack cages and aeration by them result in perfect mixing in the reaction tank. The load of suspended solids and soluble organic materials is evenly distributed over the entire filer media.
