Abstract: A voltage adjusting circuit is provided includes an inducing circuit configured to induce a voltage from electromagnetic waves, a first rectifying circuit configured to rectify an output voltage of the inducing circuit, a control circuit configured to control an output voltage of the first rectifying circuit in response to the output voltage of the first rectifying circuit, and a second rectifying circuit configured to simultaneously rectify and regulate the output voltage of the inducing circuit in response to the output voltage of the first rectifying circuit.

Abstract: A liquid crystal display device is provided, including a liquid crystal layer interposed between a first display panel and a second display panel; and an alignment film formed on at least one of the first and second display panels, the alignment film including first polysiloxanes and second polysiloxanes disposed on the first polysiloxanes, wherein a first portion of silicon atoms of the second polysiloxanes are bonded to vertical functional groups interacting with liquid crystal molecules in the liquid crystal layer, and to first pre-tilting functional groups aligning the liquid crystal molecules in the liquid crystal layer to be tilted with respect to at least one of the first and second display panels by being cross-linked. The bonding structure of the first and the second polysiloxanes being different.

When the light-emitting layer is divided into three blocks including first, second and third blocks in the thickness direction from the n-type-layer-side cladding layer to the p-type-layer-side cladding layer, the number of barrier layers are the same in the first and third blocks, and the Al composition ratio of each light-emitting layer is set to satisfy a relation x+z=2y and z<x where an average Al composition ratio of the barrier layers in the first block is represented as x, an average Al composition ratio of the barrier layers in the second block is represented as y, and an average Al composition ratio of the barrier layers in the third block is represented as z.

The processing chip is connected to the switch control chip. The control circuit controls the switch control chip to either transmit data between the processing chip and the first storage in response to the power supply powering the first storage, or transmit data between the processing chip and the second storage in response to the power supply powering the second storage.

Abstract: A DC/DC converter, a power converter and a control method thereof are disclosed, wherein the DC/DC converter includes an output circuit, a rectangular wave generator, a resonant tank, a detection unit and a control unit. The output circuit has a load. The rectangular wave generator converts an input voltage into driving pulses. The resonant tank provides a first voltage based on the driving pulses for the output circuit. The detection unit detects a signal related to a state of the load. When the state of the load is a light-load or a no-load, the control unit controls the rectangular wave generator in a hiccup mode to reduce a ratio of a work period to a stop period, or makes that number of the driving pulses within the current work period is less than the number of the driving pulses when a duty ratio is 50%.

Abstract: A fluid handling and cleaning circulation system includes a storage device storing circulation liquid, a circulating pipeline to circulate the circulation liquid, a filter device to filter the circulation liquid, and a purification separator to remove impurities from and to divide the circulation liquid into a recyclable flow body and an excitation flow body. The purification separator has a first outlet for outletting the excitation flow body, a second outlet for outletting the recyclable flow body to the filter device, and an inlet for inletting the circulation liquid. A nano excitation device is disposed downstream of the first outlet for exciting and nanolizing the excitation flow body. A flow control device pressurizes and accelerates the circulation liquid so that the circulation liquid flows at predetermined velocity and pressure from the storage device, through the filter device, the purification separator and the nano excitation device, and back to the storage device.

Abstract: An insulating film provided between adjacent pixels is referred to as a bank, a partition, a barrier, an embankment or the like, and is provided above a source wiring or a drain wiring for a thin film transistor, or a power supply line. In particular, at an intersection portion of these wirings provided in different layers, a larger step is formed there than in other portions. Even in a case that the insulating film provided between adjacent pixels is formed by a coating method, there is a problem that thin portions are partially formed due to this step and the withstand pressure is reduced. In the present invention, a dummy material is arranged near the large step portion, particularly, around the intersection portion of wirings, so as to alleviate unevenness formed thereover. The upper wring and the lower wiring are arranged in a misaligned manner so as not to align the end portions.

Abstract: A partition element partitions a liquid-sealed chamber into a main liquid chamber and a first sub liquid chamber. A first orifice flow passage for connecting both liquid chambers is provided. A second diaphragm is formed in the partition element. The partition element includes a second sub liquid chamber partitioned from the main liquid chamber by the second diaphragm and a second orifice flow passage for connecting the first and second sub liquid chambers to each other. A valve portion brought into contact with a periphery around an opening of the second orifice flow passage is formed on a flexible membrane portion of the second diaphragm into a surrounding wall shape. A through hole is formed outside the valve portion, and a projection compressed by a counter wall is formed on a membrane surface of the flexible membrane portion on a main liquid chamber side.
