  • Patent number: 7549677
Abstract: A device for sealingly linking two end pieces (24) of a fluid line system, comprises a casing part (1) and an inner part (13). The inner part (13) is arranged in a prefabricated arrangement within the casing part (1) in an axially displaceable manner and serves to fixate a sealing unit (21) that is detachably linked with the inner part (13) until an end piece (25) is inserted into the casing part (1) via an introduction area (3) and comes into contact with the inner part (13). When the end piece (25) is inserted, the inner part (13) is axially expelled from the casing part (1), whereby the sealing unit (21) is inhibited in its axial movement by an abutment (12) and remains within the casing part (1). The two end pieces can be sealingly linked while indicating the relative position of the end piece (25) coming into contact with the inner part (13) without requiring a separate handling of the sealing unit (21).

  • Patent number: 7544385
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for coating adhesive surfaces of fixing elements with a hot-melt adhesive, and to a device for carrying out said coating method. Base surfaces (5) of recesses (2) are formed by tappets (6), whereby the lateral walls thereof are displacably guided in the recesses (2). A displaceable container (9) which is used to fill up the adhesive powder in the recesses (2) is arranged next to the recesses (2). The side edges (10) of the container (9) cover a working plate (1). A slit (11) which is used to receive the securing element (4) is arranged on the other side of the recesses (2), said slit being provided with continuous holes (12) for the tappets (6). A pressure stamp (13) provided with a pressure plate (14) which is lowered onto the securing element (4) is arranged over the recesses (2). A heating station (15) which is used to heat the securing element prior to heating the recesses (2) to the desired heating temperature is arranged at a distance from the slits (11).

  • Patent number: 7540454
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for holding at least two oblong articles, comprising a receiving part (4) and spring elements (8, 9, 12, 15, 22, 23) for fixing the articles. A spring element is configured as a movable locking tongue (15) which on its free end is provided with a receiving section (16) and an articulated element (17). While the first article is introduced, the free end is displaced into the deflected position when the articulated element (17) contacts the first article. When the first article comes to rest on an abutment section (20, 21), the receiving section (16) encloses the first articles to such an extent that the locking tongue (15) and, as a result, the articulated element (17) forming an abutment for the second article, is fixed in the rest position. The inventive device allows to hold articles at a relatively large distance to each other and to repeatedly remove them from and reinsert them into the device.

  • Patent number: 7445249
Abstract: The invention relates to a coupling comprising a receiving part (1) and a fixing part (10), which have a blocking assembly (15, 16, 17). If the insertion part has not been introduced into the receiving part (1) correctly, elements (15, 16, 17) of the blocking assembly that are configured on the receiving part (1) and on the fixing part (10) engage with one another in such a way that the fixing part (10) is prevented from being retracted from the extended position. Arms (11, 12) of the fixing part (10) are configured in such a way that when a retaining ring of the insertion part is positioned in the vicinity of said arms (11, 12), the engagement of the elements (15, 16, 17) of the blocking assembly is released and the fixing part (10) can be displaced into the retracted position to engage behind the retaining ring by means of the retraction section. This permits an efficient mounting operation.

  • Publication number: 20080150280
Abstract: A coupling comprising a receiving part (1), a securing part (9) and an insertion part (17) includes blocking elements (6, 13?) whose engagement preventing the securing part (9) from moving from an extended position into a retracted position is released by the axial displacement of latching arms (13) of the securing part (9) of said insertion part (17), such that when the insertion part (17) is properly arranged in a receiving space (16) of the receiving part (1), the securing part (9) can be shifted into the retracted position in which said insertion part (17) is secured. What is achieved in this way is relatively simple modification of the assembly force through design measures, high wear resistance, and simple and operationally reliable manipulation of the inventive coupling with regard to the release of the connection between the receiving part and the insertion part, especially under confined spatial conditions.

  • Patent number: 7389841
Abstract: A device for fixing a housing (1), especially a housing pertaining to a motor vehicle battery, to a carrier plate (3). The device consists of a fixing bracket (4) and a separate fixing element (9). The fixing bracket (4) is fixed or moulded onto a edge of the carrier plate (3) projecting past the housing (1), and comprises a vertical limb (5) which extends at a distance from the housing wall, parallel to the same. The separate fixing element (9) is inserted into the intermediate region between the housing wall and the vertical limb (5) of the fixing bracket (4), and is wedged fast therein. According to the invention, the housing (1) can be fixed to the carrier plate (3) with few, simple movements and without using a tool. All parts of the fixing device can be reused if the housing (1) needs to be replaced. No scrap or other waste elements are accumulated, thus also solving the recycling problem.

  • Patent number: 7351021
Abstract: A fixing element of plastic includes a foot part for insertion into an oblong hole of a carrier plate. The foot part includes a head and a shaft. The fixing element can be locked in the oblong hole after the insertion of the head by a quarter turn. The shaft includes a middle strut connected to the head. A shank is formed on each of the two edges of the middle strut at right angles and in opposite directions. A countershank is formed on each of the edges of the middle strut in opposite directions. The shank is elastically bent towards the middle strut during the screwing in of the shaft through the edge of the hole and after a quarter turn returns to its original position. Pressing ramps are formed on two outer ends of the head to prevent a rotation in the opposite direction.
